Murdoc Niccals is a man that has tattoos.
The world knows him to have thirteen.
The first is a simple, stick-like inverted cross on his right arm.
The second is an ornate metal cross on his left.
The third is a crucifix of roses pinned together by a black skull parading the phrase, "Born to Die."
The fourth is the word Helios, below which is a downward-pointing arrow.
The fifth is a red octopus curling its way across his forearm.
The sixth is Pride.
The seventh is Lust.
The eighth is Gluttony.
The ninth is Wrath.
The tenth is Sloth.
The eleventh is Envy.
The twelfth is Vanity.
The thirteenth is Greed.
But like the wonders, there is one that remains undiscovered. One that Murdoc Niccals does not speak of. One that his clothes always conceal. One that the women he sleeps with are too eager to notice.
The fourteenth tattoo on Murdoc Niccals' body is a name. It is in script, and like the octopus on his arm, it twines itself around his left hip. Not so big as to be pompous. Not so small as to be nonexistent.
The name is Stuart. To Murdoc, this tattoo is the closest thing to a wedding ring that he will ever wear.
2D does not know of the tattoo, and Murdoc has no reason to believe that it will change.
