7. Plans

It was 5:30 am when I woke up the next morning. I get out of bed, stretch and slip on my slippers. I walk towards the bathroom opening up the door turning on the light. I look at myself in the mirror and see the lack of sleep in my eyes. I didn't really sleep well last night because of the butterflies in my stomach. I really don't want to put to much thought though into gathering feelings for Cameron. I don't want to rush things to then get hurt so I'm just going to take baby steps and see where it leads.

I brush the topic off my mind and slip my clothes off. I turn the nob of the shower head and step in once it's warm. I stand still for about five minutes and then grab the shampoo bottle and scrub my head. I step out of the shower after fifteen minutes and wrap a towel around my body. I grab my outfit for the day and then dry myself. I actually tell myself that I'm going to try to care for my appearance today. I slip on my favorite cute underwear with my matching bra, high waisted white ripped jeans with a white top and cream blazer. I took the time to straighten my hair. I grabbed my pearl earrings and applied some natural makeup with my perfect winged eyeliner. I cleaned my glasses and grabbed my backpack from the floor and headed downstairs. I grab a bagel make some coffee and read the note that my mum left me.

Sophia I left for work early today. They called me asking if I wanted to come in earlier. So I'll be home around 3:30 - 4:00 p.m. Love you dearly, eat breakfast please.

I did as told and I texted my mum that I was on my way to school. I slipped on some cream heels and made my way out the garage.

I arrive at school and park in my usual spot. I step out of my car and spot the assholes car. What is he doing here? I thought he wouldn't be back till Friday. I see Megan's red hair and Liam. They're holding hands walking towards me.

"Hey guys." I say giving them my brightest smile.

"Hey yourself, look at you dressed up so gorgeous. You look like a model. Any reason for the special attire?" Megan says raising an eyebrow suspecting the reason already.

"No, not really I just wanted to dress up today since I dressed like crap yesterday haha." I say.

I notice Liam is staring at how stunning I must be at the moment, but his facial expression changes once he sees the asshole approach over to were we were standing. For some reason Ashton's a car next to mine but waits till Liam and Meg leave.

"You look gorgeous no matter what." Liam says while giving me a wink. And walking away with Megan.

"Bye Meg see you later. Bye Liam." I say and wave them off.

I open the back door of my car and reach for my backpack. I feel two arms wrap around my waist and spin me around. Well if it isn't Mr Popular himself.

"Hey babe surprised to see me?" Ashton says with his signature smirk.

"Ashton what are doing here? I thought you said you weren't coming back till Friday."

"I was, but then you mentioned to me that someone new was in school. So I had to come earlier to see who it was for my own entertainment. Christopher was it I believe?" He says cockily.

"No it's Cameron, Cameron O'Callahan. And you are?" Cameron says as he's walking up behind Ashton catching him off guard.

"Yeah whatever Christof. I'm the Ashton Sutherland. Star quarterback of the football team and key player now captain to the basketball team." Ashton says.
