It's your 21st birthday and your friends threw you an amazing surprise party, but your mood is down because you haven't heard from Harry all day.

He's been so distant lately. He goes hours without talking to you, sometimes even days and when he does he's not really there. He's been giving vague answers and it's been weeks since you've been together.

Your phone vibrates and you look down at it excitedly, seeing that it's Harry.

Happy Birthday baby. I hope you have a good time, sorry I can't make it. I've got a lot going on. See you soon.

Disappointment fills your body. You shut your phone off without answering and hand it to your best friend. You give strict orders, not to let it be given back to you, and you head to the bar.

A cute boy at the bar offers to buy you a drink, and you quickly recognize him as Luke, the boy who toured with Harry the year before.

"Oh, hey Luke! How have you been?" You ask excitedly.

"I've been good, but I'd be even better if I got to spend some extra time with you tonight." He winks and you feel disgusted, politely declining.

You turn to walk away and he slaps your ass, "come on birthday girl, it'll be fun."

You're just about to smack him when you feel a strong pair of arms wrap around your body.

"Hey mate, why don't you get the fuck away from my girlfriend?" The deep British accent sends waves of relief through your body and you turn to face him.

"You came." Tears start falling down your face. "You've been so distant and I was so mad at you for missing this."

He wraps his arms around you, and you collapse into his body. You inhale the familiar musky scent of his cologne as he kisses your forehead.

"I'm so sorry baby. I'm so awful with keeping secrets so I just talked to you less and that was so awful of me. But I'm here y/n and I love you more than anything in this world." He looks down at you with so much love in his eyes, and whispers, "I took a month off from touring so I could spend time with you as your birthday present."
