I'M GOING TO CRY WRITING THIS.

Description : AU where you have your soul mates last words tattooed on your wrist. Louis has "Back in 10 love". His stomach drops when Harry says them.

"Back in 10, Love." The tattoo was located on Louis' left wrist in small cursive letters. He's asked his mom numerous times why he had this tattoo when he was younger, and she simply replied with, "Its imprinted when your born. Its your soul mates final words before they die."

He remembers frowning, because why would someone want to know such a thing? To carry this burden on your skin not knowing when these final words will be spoken by your soul mate. Whoever that is anyway.

It gives Louis anxiety, because he's been living with his boyfriend Harry for three years, and Louis has been on edge about this tattoo the entire time they'd been together. He didn't know if Harry was his soulmate, I mean he really hoped Harry was anyway.

"What does yours say?" Louis asked, guestering toward Harry's wrist. The tattoos were invisible to everyone but the person wearing it.

Harry looked down at his right wrist, the opposite of Louis' tattoo and frowned.

"I love you." He said, frowning.
"Oh." Louis said, playing with Harry's fingers, his legs still draped over his boyfriends lap.

"Doesn't it scare you?" Louis asked, gazing up at Harry. "What?" Harry replied, looking into Louis' eyes. "The tattoo." Louis said it as if it was obvious, and Harry shook his head as if to say, "oh. That."

"It scares me to death. You tell me you love me every day, so I never know when it'll be the last, you know?" That made sense to Louis, and he felt sort of bad for Harry. "How do you know I'm your soul mate though?" He asked, a slight blush forming on his cheeks.

"I don't think there's a proper way to explain it Lou. It just... feels right when I'm with you. Like you complete me." Louis nodded in understanding, and asked, "Why don't you wanna know what mine says?" He asked, looking at his own tattoo, invisible to Harry's eyes.

"It'll scare me, I guess. I don't know." Louis nodded, and placed his head on Harry's chest.

"What if I never said 'I love you' ever again-" louis paused when he saw the hurt look on Harry's face, "-which I'd never do-" Harry smiled down at him, "-would I still die at that same moment, or would everything completely change?" Louis asked, tracing the swollow on Harry's chest.

"You'd probably still die, the words on my wrist would just change. I read it in a book when I was younger."
'How confusing.' Louis thought.

Harry kissed Louis' cheek, pulling the blanket over his sleeping form. He heard a small 'ding' come from his phone, and pulled it out of his skin-tight Jeans.

Niall

Need ur help.

Harry chuckled before replying,
To:  Niall

Get in another fight with Li?

He began to put on his silver boots, the ones Louis got him for his birthday, while he waited for a reply.

Niall

Yeh. It was prety bad.. bring food pls ?

To: Niall

K. But I can't leave Lou for long. You know how he gets.

Niall

Okay. Get some Swedish fish? And ice cream. Chocolate. And a big bag of lays. Oh and a large Pepsi. You can drop it off and go back to your lover boy. ;)

Harry laughed, and without replying began to walk toward the door.

"Harry?" Louis asked, groggily, before Harry can make it out the door. "Yeah?" Harry asked, looking down in awe at his adorable sleepy boyfriend.

"Where ya going?" Louis picked his head up, looking at Harry through his sleepy eyes.

"Niall's. I'm gonna drop off some food for him. He got in another fight with Liam." Louis pouted, but, deciding that he might as well let him go, for he was halfway out the door, decided against arguing.

"Don't take too long." Louis mumbled, before laying his head back down. Harry let out a laugh before replying.

"Back in 10, love."

Before Louis processed what Harry said, he was already out the door.
Louis stomach dropped as he jumped off the couch and ran to the door.

But when he opened it, Harry was already gone.

Poor Louis.. :( I decided that was a good place to stop , cause you know, a little cliffhanger never hurt nobody ;)
