Roxy's pov

It had been a long time sense I had been. Well about a year but it felt longer. My best friend had stayed in touch the whole time. I would send her photos of my trip and the places I stayed. We always had time to talk to each other. But this was it. I was actually going home. I couldn't wait to see her. I missed Jane so much. We hung out all the time and we were all most inseparable.

I got to my house and walked in exhausted from the drive. It felt so amazing being home. Traveling took a lot out of me, but I still enjoyed it. Every place was amazing. So I stumble up stairs with my things and flop down onto my bed. It smelled clean, like I left it. Jane had been holding on to Mittens for me, so after a nap and taking a shower I would head over there. I grabbed my phone and texted her. "I'm home~" and then plugging it in I nap. My bed put me into a blissful deep sleep. I hadn't slept like this in ages.

After a few hours I wake up feeling more rested then I felt the whole time I traveled. Sitting up I stretch and yawn loud. I open my dresser and grab some clean clothes and find a towel and get into the shower. When done I planned to head over to see Jane. I showered and planned to eat but I was in to much of a rush when I saw her text that said she had a surprise for me. It was about 3 pm. Grabbing my purse I jumped into my car and headed over to her house. 'God I can't wait to see Janey!!' I thought to myself as I was almost there. Seeing her house my heart got heavy. Pulling in to her drive way I quickly unbuckled myself. I turned off my car and stepped out. I was about three feet away from my car when a barrage of my friends came running at me, with Jane at the front, and tackling me. We all hugged and helped each other up. Jane and I hugged the longest. "I missed you Roxy!!" She said with much glee in her voice. I giggled and held her tighter. "I missed you so much too Jane!" We let go and it was like I had never went away. Our strong friend ship was still there. Neither of us had changed that much especially sense we stayed in touch. This was the happiest moment I have had in a long time.
