{Kenma's POV}

Never have I ever, a game devised for children and teens to reveal their secrets. A game that ruined my life.

I mean I shouldn't say it completely ruined my life, but it sure as hell contributed to my downfall. It was the first "party" I had ever gone to, and it would be my last. A friend whose name I can't even remember invited me to his birthday party, more out of pity than anything. I had only accepted the invitation because Kuroo promised he would be there with me. Kuroo, my best friend who was one year my senior, had always been there for me before, and having no reason to doubt his promise, I went to the party.

After arriving, I could tell something was off. Scanning the many faces crammed into the living room, I finally realized that the issue was that Kuroo was missing. By instinct, I whipped out my phone and quickly texted Kuroo, Where are you?

Just as the text went through, I felt a tap on my shoulder. Turning to face the perpetrator, I realized it was the host of the party.

"I'm glad you made it, Kenma! I was actually surprised you accepted my offer," he gave me a warm smile.

"Sure, um have you seen Kuroo?" I mumbled, still messing with my phone.

"I don't think he's coming," the boy looked a little disappointed (who wouldn't be? Kuroo is one of the most popular guys at school)

"W-what?" I started to panic.

"Well, he never RSVP-ed so I figured he wouldn't be coming,"

"T-that makes sense," I jumped slightly when I felt the buzz of my phone.

I glanced down and sure enough, it was a response from Kuroo.

Kuroo: Sorry but I can't make it. My parents are forcing me to do some schoolwork.

I typed back quickly, But you promised you would be here. My phone buzzed again shortly after.

Kuroo: I know. I'll make it up to you later. In the mean time, enjoy yourself.

I felt myself shaking already, with my severe social anxiety, there was no way I would make it through this without Kuroo. But I can't leave, the host already saw me and knew I was here. Maybe I'll just text Kuroo for the duration of the party. Yeah, that'll work.

...at least that's what I thought until my phone died. SHIT, I thought I charged it earlier. I was about to completely break down when I heard a voice, "Kenma! Come on, we are going to start a game!"

I walked unsteadily and shakily towards a group of people, all of whom were either 1st or 2nd years, and sat in their semi-circle. With an even mix of boys of girls, I became concerned at what game they were trying to play.

"What if we play spin the bottle?" one girl suggested. My heart stopped, Oh no.

Another girl shot down the idea quickly, "Nah, we don't have a bottle to play with."

"What about a good ol' game of Never Have I Ever?" the host wiggled his eyebrows.

A chorus of yes rang about. I sat confused, what was this game?

Perhaps my confused expression prompted him to explain, but our host quickly said, "You play by saying 'never have I ever..." and then you fill in the blank and if you have done that thing, you'll have to raise your hand."
