When one dies, there is no heaven or hell; your body
decomposes and the world goes on without you. But
once every fifty years or so, a rarity occurs;
a person’s soul gets trapped on earth. Usually,
one’s soul simply fades, vanishes into another world,
another universe, a different time, escaping
into the brilliant light that appears after death. Most people
immediately are entranced by this light and automatically
go towards it letting their soul move on; the others,
who ignore the light, are doomed to an eternity on earth,
forced to wander around the world, alone.
They become ghosts who can’t be touched,
felt, heard, seen, or sensed by any human.
