I had no idea what was going to happen that day. The warm Ness that followed me everywhere I went after seeing his white smile. I has absolutely no idea...

I looked at Dallas who sat next to Lexus who sat next to me. We were sitting in the big room at church. I had never been to their church before, but it was quite nice. From what they had told me, they were the outcasts of church. "You see him?" Dallas asked me, pointing to some tall guy wearing a black vest. "That is Spencer."

Spencer looked about 17 with dark brown hair. He wasn't my type and I saw that right away. Then I glanced next to him and saw a beautiful human being. "Who's that standing next to him?" I asked, not taking my eyes off of him.

"Oh that? That's just Brandon," Lexus answered, not seeming so amused. After they sat down, I noticed Brandon's gaze always on mine. He had dark brown flippy hair, dark brown eyes, and a wonderful smile that made me want to fall into his arms and never roam free again.

Once the service was over, we headed towards the exit. I was stunned when he stepped right out in front of me. I held in a short eep. "Come on girls," My Aunt Lessy told us.

We all listened and headed outside, but not before I took one last look at him. "Do you not like him?" I asked Lexus. She just looked at me plainly.

"Well--it's not that I don't like him, it's just--"Dallas cut her off. I wasn't too fond of the whole cutting people of thing.

"They dated for about a year but three months ago, something in Brandon clicked and he broke up with her," Dallas explained. "She thinks he got with another girl but we haven't seen him with anyone else. Not even look at any girl the same way--you know--until today..."

My eyes almost jumped from their sockets. Did he look at her the way he used to? I thought. "What do you mean?" I asked casually, trying not to sound too eager.

"Well, we both saw him gawking at you," all of the sudden my heart stopped. Why had this stranger have so much effect on me. I didn't even know him.

I looked up and we had arrived at Freddy's. A restaurant that people went to for their steak burgers and delicious ice cream. It's also a good place for a breakup crisis. Hot guys tend to show up a lot.

After ordering our food, we all sat down, not expecting the crowd of people from the church to pile in. And, of course, Brandon shows up. As soon as I laid eyes on him, I hid my face. Dallas whispered in my ear, "You think he's hot, don't you?"

I nodded my head, not too eager to look up. I ate my amazing food, hoping I could drown in it. "I'm gonna go get a refill," I told them. I tried my best to look cute once I noticed Brandon heading the same direction as me.

As soon as we filled our cups up, we accidentally collided... He cup and me of course. Not us. My jaw dropped before a smile popped up on his face. Then it occurred to me. "Did you do that on purpose?" I hissed.

"Possibly." I almost screamed, but instead handled thing more maturely. Mainly because everyone was staring. I opened my lid and poured it over his head. Now I was the one laughing.

"Not so funny now is it?" I asked with a cocky grin plastered across my face. I was almost satisfied.
