Graffiti - Is It Art Or Vandalism?

It is vital that Graffiti must be known as art, not vandalism. Now I'm not talking about those big words of scribble that have been sprayed on the sides of schools, I'm talking about those alluring artworks that beautify the place. Graffiti is a way of expressing emotions, it helps make the community a brighter place and it is a way for people to get noticed by others.

Graffiti is most definitely art because it gives to town, city, suburb etc, a brighter side to it. For example, when Tourists or travelers come to visit, they will see amazing and incredible pieces of art covered all of the community. It could even increase population because of how bright the buildings or art works in the that certain place and the people will like happy and bubbly people as well. How could art be vandalism if we are making beautiful art works that people love?
