It's my hometown and I don't know if you guys heard but at the Boston Marathon this morning at the finish line, 2 bombs went off and my dad was working as a cop there so please please please do me a favor and pray for Boston it would mean so much. Laneys POV
In one week we're suppose to leave for the tour. Just one week. I guess Niall knows im not going but the rest if the boys keep asking me if im still going. I haven't given them an answer yet because I don't know if Tori's going still or not. I mean, I planned my schedule so I wouldn't have anything to do at all for 6 months. So when I got a text from Liam I wasn't surprised. But I just need to find out if Tori's going or not and I mean, it would be easy to avoid Niall with four other boys in between us. Right?
Liam: heyy Lanes, ques...
Me: yyeessss? what would that be?
Liam: so, I've found out if shes going or not...
Me: REALLY?! Is she?!
Liam: I can't tell you
Me: wtf why
Liam: because the rest of the boys agree that if you find out that it will change your mind and we don't want it to just be because of her for OUR tour ya know?
Me: and is Niall apart of this?
Liam: actually Lanes, he misses you desperately. But he refuses to join in conversation whenever we talk about you because he just goes into his room and stares at a picture if you (I've caught him doing it)
Me: Liam im sorry. I know that you boys will be able to help me avoid Niall for 3 months (actually I don't know)...but Tori? C'mon Liam...and her and Harry would have a fit...
Liam: Lanes, if you don't want to talk to him, look at him, breath in the same room with him, you don't have to. Same for Tori. Harry, Louis, Zayn and I want you to come because you are our friend and we love you so much. Please Laney.
Me: promise me I won't have to talk to them? Will dani be there?
Liam: promise! And Dani will be there some of the time so you can hang out. Ssoooo is that a yes?
Me: fine. but! Im only doing this for you 4 boys and because I won't have anything else to do for 6 months.
Liam: YAY!!! Thank you thank you thank you I promise Laney, whatever you want to happen, will happen!!!! You won't regret it!!!
Me: yeah yeah. So on Tuesday you'll come and pick me up or should I meet you guys?
Liam: idk ill text you. I gtg, Niall wants Nando's! Bye babe love you!!!!
Me: love you too Liam
He always wants Nando's. He's Niall Horan. My ex boyfriend.
*MONDAY NIGHT*
"I think you have enough Lanes..." Alex told me across my room. Alex is Tori and I's best friend and we've known her for 4 years. She's one of the only ones who knows about what happened 3 months ago, besides my mom. I tell my mom everything because I know I can trust her and it just feels weird if I don't. Alex is helping me pack for the tour but when I say help, I mean supervising like most.
"No Lex, I need to have everything. This is a world tour we're talking about! For 6 months!!!! And we're leaving tomorrow morning!!!!!" I tell her as I keep packing my whole closet.
"Lanes, I have a question." She tells me.
"Yeah?"
"Did you love Niall? Like seriously, love him?" She asked cautiously. How do I answer that? Do I tell her the truth? D I lie and tell her I didn't? Or in other words, so I lie and tell her I don't...
I took a deep breath and said, "Alex...I would be lying to you if I told you I don't love Niall." And I exhaled deeply also. She had a smirk on her face and said,
"Have you heard Tori's side of the story? Because honestly, I have and I know I wasn't there and can't judge but, I would listen if I were you..." And there she goes, taking Tori's side. As usual.
"Lex, I refuse to talk to her." I tell her with confidence. "I don't want to hear any if the bull she puts on the table and if she tried to talk to me at all even if she does go, Liam, Louis, Zayn, and I don't know for sure but Harry, will all stop her. You didn't see the look on Harry's face when I had to tell him so he found out about it. If you talk about love in any kind of context, I would be referring to Harry and Tori's past relationship." I told her folding clothes.
"What so you're saying you and Niall didn't have a real relationship?" Alex asks. What? Is she a reporter all if a sudden?
"Alex I never said that. Niall and I had a relationship that no one could ever understand. It was bso real and true and we really did love each other. He doesn't understand the pain I went through that night and every night leading up to tonight, and the next and the next. He hurt me Alex, a lot. And I don't know if I'm going to be able to see him without breaking down. I still love him Lex, even if I know he doesn't love me. He was the the most important thing that ever happened to me. Then he had to go hook up with my best friend while I was in the bathroom with his first crush. YU don't understand the pain I go through every single day thinking about how much I love him and what I can do about it because guess what? I can't do anything. The heart wants what the heart wants. Mine just wants a dream when it doesn't understand we live Ina reality." I didn't realize it until I felt the tears stream down my face as I couldn't hold anything else in.
Reality ruined my life.
