"Now I shall undo the curse upon these animals. It was amusing watching but they understand that they have done wrong," said the voice of a knowledgeable witch.
*Meanwhile*
Giggles chased after Petunia since they were playing a friendly game of tag. Petunia kept running as fast as her tiny feet could run. She then saw Flaky strolling with bags of groceries in the direction she was running. Petunia tried to avoid her as she ran but when Petunia ran past Flaky, Flaky twirled in dizziness. Petunia yelled in her little animal voice, "Sorry!"
Flaky was still stunned and then ounce again twirled in dizziness because of Giggles this time. Flaky held her mouth as her face turned green from the dizziness. As for Giggles she was rearing up on Petunia. But Giggles and Petunia made a sudden stop. Every little creature that was happy tree friends just stopped what they were doing because they felt something strange.
Slowly each little animal grew features as if a human. Giggles smiled at Petunia as she said in her human voice, "We're back." Petunia smiled and nodded as a tear slipped down her cheek. Petunia then excused herself so she could meet up with Handy. While Giggles excused herself to go see Cuddles.
However Flaky managed to get up and walk fast to her house clutching on the grocery bags. She had a sincere smile on her little face. She managed to go home without making any more contact with another friend. As she entered the door she sighed in relief. She put the groceries to the side while she brings out ingredients.
She then placed a giant white bowl in front of her as she poured four cups of sugar and cracked 4 large eggs in the bowl. She threw the remains of the shells of the eggs away. Then all of a sudden her front door flew open. She jumped in terror as she tried to slowly take a peek at who it is. Her eyes went wide in fear as she slowly walked backwards from the front door.
"Flaky where are you? You shouldn't be hiding, we should be celebrating," Flippy said as he closed the door. He then burst into laughter as he saw her big red hair sticking out from behind the kitchen table. He slowly walked towards her whistling. Then when she was in view, he frowned as she was shaking he reached down and grabbed her hand. As soon as he made contact she screamed on the top of her lungs.
He gave her a big hug and then she stopped screaming. "What's wrong Flaky? Why are you so scared?" Flippy asked in a sincere voice. "S-s-scary s-s-so s-s-scary, " her voice cracked. Flippy slightly loosened the hug so he could make eye contact with her. "What's scary?" Flippy asked.
Flaky said in a shaky voice, “You." He was shocked and asked, "Why?" She slowly explained how he always hurts her or the others for no reason and it was scary to her knowing he could kill her any second. He gave a sad sigh and he tried to explain that that wasn't him, exactly. He explained how he has a severe case of post-traumatic stress disorder.
Flaky stopped and felt bad for him. She gave him a hug while he had a small smile as he rubbed her head. "But like I was saying before, why aren't you celebrating with everyone?" Flippy asked. Flaky gave a sad sigh as she said, " I wanted to make it a surprise but I was going to make a white chocolate mud cake and decorate it and bring party hats and decorative plates. Then make a feast and beverages so it could be a big party."
Flippy smiled in realization and asked, "Can I help with anything?" Flaky gave a frown and thought of everything that does not remind him of the war. Flaky then said, "You can put the decorations in a zipper baggy. Then you can boil the corn and hmm put the pork in the oven." Flippy smiled since he could be of somewhat of a help.
Flaky told Flippy to sit down on the couch as she rearranged some stuff. She put anything sharp in a different drawer so he wouldn't flip out. Flaky then told Flippy he could start helping as she sprayed a pan with butter. Flippy began putting the decorations in a baggy like told. While they were cooking up a storm Petunia, Handy, Cuddles, Giggles, and Mime were trying to get everyone in a group to celebrate. Everyone seemed so happy to be back.
