The Longinus Theory is a theory consisting of the 13 powers that are capable of destroying god. Issei has one in the form of Dreg. Kiba also has one. 3 pieces were "wasted" when Diadora were given them in exchange for rank. the vanishing dragon is also a member of this sacred gear family. they all have the ability to destroy god. this story is based off of the anime and after Born. so things will be different from the manga. so try not to be too critical on me if i mess something up. thanks!
