Chapter 6:

Two weeks had passed since my date with Adrian and now he was my boyfriend. Yes thats right Nicole Bailey got a hottie as a boyfriend. He was so perfect, he would walk me to every class and kiss me like theres not tomorow ugh those lips...OK back to reality. I was sitting in lunch with my crazy friends I was talking to Nathan about todays football game. Adrian wasn't going because he was sick with the flu, so I needed someone to go with because none of my other friends liked football.

"Nate me and you football game. What do you say?"

"Sure but why aren't you going with your new boo?" all my friends chuckled to his comment.

"He's sick. So I'll pick you up at 5:30 ok?"

"Yeah sounds like a plan."

*Football Game*

"This is bull! I can't believe there loosing!"

"Nate seriously calm down there loosing by one."

Nathan can get a bit to crazy during football games. Why am I here you might ask? I had a secret desire to see Joesph...I know I shouldn't be thinking about him but that's all I can think of since Adrian asked me out.

"TOUCHDOWN BITCH!"

"Nathan! Your yelling in my ear!"

"Woo hoo! The party afterwards is going to be insane."

"We're not going." He rolled his eyes and started whining but I wasn't paying attention I was now staring at a shirtless Joesph. Snap out of it!

"Nikki please! It's gonna be crazy!"

"FINE! Just let me call Adrian and tell him I'm going."

"Ok I'll be outside waiting by the car."

I pressed the contact saved under 'Adrian <3' and pressed call. Two rings and he answered. He sounded awful...I should really just go see him.

"Babe I just wanted to tell you that um...I hope you feel better." I can't tell him I'm going to Joesph's party!

"Thanks baby, I love you." When he said those words I didn't feel the way I was supposed to feel.

"No problem, bye." Oh god I hung up without saying I love you back. What's wrong with me?

*Joesph's Party*

All I could hear was the song 'who are you by mikky ekko' this party was at least under control unlike Max's.

Jaw dropping experience: seeing Joesph shirtless with his body all wet from the pool. He looked more like a god everyday! His eyes finally met mine and he started walking towards me. I couldn't move I was standing there like a statue.

"Hey, can we talk?" I nodded because words weren't coming out. He grabbed his towel and my hand and led me through the crowd and upstairs.

We were finally in a room it looked like his considering there was a bunch of football posters and it was a total guys room. He had his towel around his neck and his skin still sparkled from the bits of water still on him.

"Nikki, I don't want you and Adrian together."

GULP!

"Why?"

"I can't take it. It's killing me."
