Bianda opened one eye and looked around. She then opened both eyes and spotted someone at the end of the room, looking out of the window.
"Good. You've woken." A deep voice said.
No one else was in the room, so Bianda gathered it was the person at the end of the room.
She wanted to get up, but something held her wrists.
It wasn't iron, Bianda could break that easy. Same with any other metal. Except one; silver.
She then knew that the person who was keeping her captive knew she was a werewolf.
Maybe she could listen to the captor's thoughts and get some kind of clue on where she was and who was her captor.
I know you're telepathic, Bianda. You won't get anything from my thoughts.
Damn! That plan didn't work, then.
Whoever this person was, they knew one helluva lot about Bianda. If telepathy didn't work then...
"Who are you and why did you take me!?" She demanded.
The dark voice chuckled.
"Aiden and I'm Maurishio's closest friend." He replied.
"So what do you want with me? Maurishio is dating Ivy... and why have you got me chained?" Bianda said, pulling on the chains.
"It's silver. You won't break it." Aiden added as if it was an afterthought.
"I figured as much." She muttered.
"Maurishio doesn't know I'm here and all his moping around is getting on my nerves heavily." He said.
Bianda pulled away against the wall. She felt like a caged animal.
"Now... can I change your mind?" He asked with a sincere look on his face.
********
Mia peeked out of the window every now and then to see if Bianda was on her way back. She had a bad feeling but she couldn't pin point what it was. She'd tell Leo about it later, if Bianda didn't come back first.
There was a knock on the door and Maurishio walked in.
Just because Bianda hated him, it didn't mean everyone else did. He was actually friends with most of Bianda's friends.
"Hey. How are you all?" He asked everyone. He didn't hate Leo anymore.
Mia merely looked at him and quickly looked away; Maurishio had a way of deciphering people's thoughts through their facial expressions.
But, he saw Mia's expression and zoomed in on this.
"Mia, what's wrong? And where's Bianda? Making popcorn?" He said with a smile.
"No, Maurishio. She isn't here and frankly I don't know where she is. She's been gone for the past hour." Mia said and put her head in her hands.
He sat down, absorbing this news.
"Maybe she just went for a walk. You know she likes doing that and -" he tried to say in Bianda's defence.
"No, dammit! If I hadn't let her go, she wouldn't be missing right now!" Mia shouted at Maurishio.
There was a brisk knock on the door.
"Come in." Mia said without hope that it was Bianda. She'd storm right in.
The door opened and a guy with brown shaggy hair and piercing blue eyes and a fair complexion stepped in. He wore baggy jeans and a hoodie with the sleeves pulled up to his elbows and a red and white checkered jacket tied to his waist along with sneakers.
"Hayes..." Mia said with a twinkle in her eye and a slight flush in her cheeks. She'd had a crush on Hayes since 7th grade.
*******
"Bianda, I'm not going to hurt you. I just... wanted to tell you how I felt." Aiden said.
"Fine." She said through stiff lips.
"I like you so much you won't believe it. And now that you and Maurishio aren't together anymore, well I thought it would be a good idea to talk to you." He said.
"By kidnapping me? Wow, that's the way to a girl's heart!" She said sourly.
"Oh sorry. About that... I can explain," Aiden said and undid the chains.
"The reason I took you was because I knew that if I went to you and told you, you would run away." He said and dropped his head almost as if he was... embarrassed.
"You're eyes are so beautiful..." Bianda said staring deep into Aiden's eyes.
It was a deep emerald green and it seemed to carry on for eternity.
She had to admit, she did have a crush on him since... well 2nd grade. And since he was Maurishio's friend and Bianda finally met him, who knows? Maybe they'd end up together...
"I could stare at them all day." She said with a sigh. She looked like she had drowsy eyes, like she was about to fall asleep at any moment.
"Sleep, my dear. Sleep and when you wake I will be here." Aiden cooed.
Bianda's head fell to his shoulder, where she quickly fell asleep.
He picked her up smoothly and carried her out of the cabin and carried her to the house.
He knocked on the door and Mia opened it. A smile lit up her face at the sight of Bianda.
"Aiden, thank you! Where did you find her?" She asked.
"I found her in the forest. She was unconscious." He said. He couldn't tell them the truth because he knew Mia wouldn't let him see Bianda again.
Aiden carried her inside and put her on the sofa.
She stirred, but didn't wake.
Her long brown hair flowed down like a waterfall, almost touching the floor.
Aiden looked away from Bianda's pale face for a moment and saw Mia and Hayes talking to each other. She seemed to be blushing. She dropped her head and he brought it back up with his fingers, making her blush more. After a while of this, they started holding hands, though Mia looked very skeptical. Guess they were dating now.
Bianda almost fell off the couch a few times and if Aiden wasn't there she would've fallen.
"I think it's safer if she gets put somewhere where she can't fall off so easily." Jessania said.
Aiden nodded and picked Bianda up again and took her to her room. He laid her down carefully.
"Aiden..." She muttered, asleep.
He smiled. She was thinking of him.
She grabbed his wrist as he was about to go.
Her hand slipped off though, but Aiden knew what Bianda wanted.
He took his black leather jacket off and laid it next to her. When she woke up, she'd see it and she'd think of him again.
Aiden knew Bianda as well as Maurishio did, mainly because he told Aiden everything that Bianda said and did.
He'd use that to his advantage when he needed it.
Aiden made sure to not think about anything too loud because Bianda would still hear it, even though she was asleep.
He snuck out of the room and when he saw Maurishio outside with Ivy, Aiden knew he had to make Bianda his.
*******
Mia and Jessania were talking to each other about school. The year was almost over and next year they would all be going to 10th grade.
None of them doubted that they wouldn't make it; they always got over 80% for all their subjects.
They saw Aiden leave outside without a goodbye.
They then carried on. Hayes then walked in and Mia turned a shade of pink. He smirked at this.
He came with a speed and picked Mia up and slung her over his shoulder.
"Hey! Put me down! Hayes!" She started kicking but he soon found her weak spot and he tickled it. She laughed uncontrollably and he took her outside.
Jessania sighed. JD wasn't here so she had no one else to talk to.
"I'm here." A little voice said from the stairs.
Jessania looked up towards the voice. It was Bianda.
"Hey! Weren't you sleeping?" She asked.
"No..." Bianda said with a shy smile.
She held a jacket against her torso.
"Who's is that?" Jessania asked, pointing to it.
"Uh... it's Aiden's. Do you know where he is?" Bianda asked a little disappointed.
She wanted to keep his jacket so she could be reminded of him.
"Actually, he left about a half hour ago. When he comes by I'll tell him you were looking for him." Jessania said and she nodded.
"Come on. Let's go to bed." Bianda said. Jessania hopped up and walked upstairs.
They bidded each other good night and they went to their seperate rooms.
The next day
Bianda was making eggs, bacon and toast in the kitchen. She was wearing Aiden's jacket, although she didn't know why. It wasn't cold and it wasn't hot either. Maybe she was becoming a stalker. Or she just really liked the guy.
"Mmmmm, something smells good." Maurishio's voice came from the door way.
Bianda said nothing.
"Anything I can help with?" He asked, trying to make conversation.
"Nope." Bianda replied, effectively closing his attempts for conversatiom.
He sighed but stayed where he was.
"Who's jacket is that?" He asked.
"None of your business." She replied in a monotone.
Just then, Aiden came in and stood next to Bianda.
"Hey. You look busy. Can I help?" He asked.
She smiled. "Sure. You can check the bacon and eggs while I do the toast." She said.
Maurishio felt offended but stayed. How come Aiden could help, but Maurishio couldn't?
"You're wearing my jacket." Aiden said to Bianda.
"Oh, do you want it back?" She asked, hiding her face.
"No! I'm just... flattered." He said, thinking something that made her laugh and hit his arm.
"Oh. Before I forget..." Bianda said and took out a necklace from the jacket pocket.
"I found this and thought I'd give it back. It's probably for your girlfriend." She said with a sigh. How she wished she could be his girlfriend.
"Actually, it is." He said and she felt heart broken.
"It's for you. Will you go out with me?" Aiden asked, taking the necklace.
Bianda stared at him dumb founded, as if he was asking for a million dollars.
She then realised what he was asking and her eyes lit up.
She hopped up and wrapped her legs around his waist and wrapped her arms around his shoulders.
"Yes yes yes yes yes!! I will!" She exclaimed rather loudly.
Mia peeked from around the corner with a frown. The type when she got the wrong idea. The dirty idea.
Maurishio had grown angry at this and stormed out of the back door.
"Let me put this on for you." Aiden said to Bianda and she climbed down from her rather awkward hold.
She lifted up her hair and he chained the necklace around her neck.
The chain was slightly lighter than a silver tone and at the bottom was a heart. It shined in the middle and around it was sky blue.
"Is it silver?" Mia asked. The scene had attracted her attention.
"No. It's platinum." Aiden said with a laugh. Of course he wouldn't give a werewolf silver!
"The middle is diamonds and around it is blue diamonds. This is the only blue diamond they have ever found. One of the rarest diamonds in the world." He said.
"How much is it worth?" Bianda asked, picking up the heart and observing it. She was afraid of how much it cost.
"$6.5 million." He answered, as if it wasn't that much.
Bianda gasped at what she held in her hand.
"But you shouldn't have gotten something so expensive for me." She said with a blush.
No one had ever gotten her something so special. Not even Maurishio.
"I was going to give it to Maurishio so he could give it to you, but now that we're together, I decided to give it to you myself." Aiden said with a smile.
"Thank you. This means a lot to me." Bianda said, hugging him and putting her head on his shoulder.
There was a knock on the door and Suhaileo came in.
"Mia. There you are." He said, seeing her on the sofa. She stood.
"What is it, Suhaileo?" She asked. She really didn't want to see him right now.
She was happy with Hayes and she really didn't want Suhaileo trying to win her back.
He came to Mia and took her hands. She pulled them back.
"Mia why are you doing this? I love you -" He started saying.
"Don't you dare lie to me!" She said through her teeth to him and slapped him through the face.
Suhaileo had double dated Mia and Tyra, a girl in their school. Mia didn't know her so well and Mia had found out through her sources.
After that, she didn't want anything to do with Suhaileo.
"But... I want you." He said and although he wouldn't say it, he was surprised that she had let go of him so abruptly.
"Hey. Who's this?" Hayes came in with his wet hair muzzled and he didn't have his shirt on. His 6 pack was dripping with water and he wore jeans. No shoes. Obviously.
"Oh I just came from the pool." He said to Mia, who was staring at him like he was an alien.
Actually, she was just staring at his abs.
"Uh... what did you say?" She asked, her head whizzing.
"I'm Hayes. Who are you?" He asked with fake politeness.
"Suhaileo. How do you know Mia?" He asked, slightly possessive.
"Didn't you know? Mia's my girlfriend." Hayes said with his eyes narrowed.
He pulled Mia slightly closer.
Suhaileo's eyes widened but he soon rearranged his features.
His jaw flexed a few times and soon walked out the door.
"What's up with him?" Hayes asked Mia.
"He's my ex - boyfriend." She said without emotion, as if she didn't care.
"Ah." He said, understanding her situation.
Jessania walked out the back door and almost walked into Suhaileo. She managed to see him wipe his face by his eyes, almost as if he was wiping a tear away.
