"Don't lean too far out Ellie" I told Ellie as she leaned out the door of the helicopter,we were going to Charles's house in the forest in his helicopter.It was a sunny morning and me and Ellie had escaped the wall yesterday,to be honest,I'm surprised we escaped, it was harder than all the other times "just so you know Ellie,if you fall out its your fault" Charles called from the cockpit of helicopter"whatever!" Ellie said as she closed the helicopter door then sat next to me.
Ellie quietly sang 'die young' to herself "you're a good singer" I said to her "thanks...I need to tell you something" Ellie replied quietly then all of a sudden she pulled me into a kiss "WOW" Charles shouted as he came into the back and saw the scene,then Ellie and I pulled apart...I laughed at Charles reaction then turned to Ellie then she said "that's what I wanted to tell you..." "Awwwwww" Charles said upon hearing what Ellie had said "seriously Charles? You were pretty freaked out before" I said sounding shocked "I-..... Never mind" Charles said then grabbed a flask then went into the cockpit.
When we arrived,Charles's house was nice and roomy,he showed us that me and Ellie would be sleeping in the saw bed (then we high fived!) after a long day of pizza and super smash bros,we all went to bed.
Ellie said" I'm glad I get to sleep with you...I have nightmares a lot" I smiled at her then we both got into bed after turning the light off "it's ok I'm here for you" I said as I stroked Ellie's hair then I turned over
"This life is so much simpler"I muttered to myself
...At least that's what I thought...
