Morning routine

"Mew!Mew!"

"Hmmn....C-Crimson....few mor-yawn- minutes..."

"MEOW"

"Okay!Okay!I'm up!"

Amy sat up and rubbed her eyes to get the sleepy out of them."Geez cat..."She said groggily as she got of from her bed slowly,and stretched upwards on her tip toes.She opened her chest drawer,grabbing some clothes.She then hopped into a hot shower,sighing softly at the hot water touching her body allover.She then climbed out and dried herself and brushed her thick,curly,golden brown hair.

After she got all ready and stiffened her milk chocolate brown cat ears,she grabbed her small shoulder purse."Crimson if you claw my chair again i'll beat you!"Amy yelled before she shut the door and locked it.Crimson chuffed and curled up on Amy's bed,going back to sleep.

--Pant-Pant--

Amy ran quickly to her job at 'Cozy Café',as she did she checked her watch."Shit,only a few minutes till I have to clock in!!"She picked up her pace,feeling the burn.She arrived just in time to go into the changing room to get into uniform.She fixed the big black bow around her neck and stared at her reflection for a moment and sighed softly.She then walked out into the main dining area to get ready for oncoming customers.

-Ring~Ding-

"Welcome to Cozy Café"Amy bowed to the young lady and gentleman that walked in."Booth for two,please"The lady said.Amy nodded and then seated them."Today's special is Spicy Tuna wraps with a side of sliced apples and pineapples.Our dessert special is a sweet Vanilla cake with Raspberry Crème icing."She smiled at the two as she handed them the menus,napkins,and silverware."May I get you somethin to drink too."The man spoke first."Yeah,I want some plain Black Coffee..."The lady eyed her husband's bluntness and smiled at Amy."I would like a sweet Vanilla and Chocolate Mocha,please."Amy nodded as she wrote the requests down.Are you two ready to order,or do you need time to think?"The couple looked at each other,almost like they are communicating mentally.The lady spoke,"We'll have the Special please,skip the dessert please."Amy smiled again as she wrote the final request and then took their menus."Thank you.Your order will be out as soon as possible!"Amy chimed happily and turned on her heels and headed off.As she did,she heard the lady speak,"That girl looks awfully young to work here...".Amy sighed,"I'm twenty-one...".She said softly to herself.She placed the menus back in their place as she walked towards the kitchen.Once she got there she stood on her tippy-toes to clip the ticket for the cook and brewer to see.After that she greeted more customers that walked into the door with the help of other workers like her.After a few minutes passed,

-DingDing!-

Amy fast paced to the kitchen to receive the order for the couple.She walked to their table and smiled,"Alrighty,here is your Special,Plain Black Coffee,and Vanilla and Chocolate Mocha."She placed the drinks down to their owner and then the plate of food.She tried not to drool over it since she forgot to eat breakfast."Enjoy!And let me know if you need anything else!"She said happily and walked off to accommodate her other tables.

After cleaning her tables,Amy flipped the 'Open' sign to 'Closed."Whew~Another really packed day..."She turned and went to the changing room to change back to her clothes.After she did,she hung the uniform up in her locker,and then grabbed her shoulder purse from in the locker and swung it onto her right shoulder.She then shut the locker and turned to leave the small Café.

It was just now turning dark,the sky turning into mellow and dark shades of orange,golden yellow,and red orange.Amy sighed as she walked home tiredly."Almost Friday...just get through these last two days..."She said to help motivate herself.She was so deep in her thoughts to notice when she crossed a road,that the lights turned green and a truck was sailing her way.

A/N:MWAHAHAHA CLIFFHANGER!!!! >:D Haha,this is my first time doing a story of my own concoction,besides Rp's(doesn't really count...but oh well),so try not to pick on me too bad...;-; After getting some confidence and motivation from AlexandriaPetunia (Check her stories out,they're awesome!)a close friend of mine ^-^ I finally got the courage to write mah own story! <3 Let me know wat you think and tips are welcome!
