Bianca Roseanne Halston is her name. She's 17, 5'6", long dark-brown hair with turquoise tips, and hazel eyes. Her father left her when she was 11 years old, after her mother, Emily, was shot. No reason why, no hint of where he was going. She lives with her grandmother, Marie Baker. Before her father, Winston, left, he gave Rose a necklace. A silver necklace to be exact. That necklace belonged to her mother. It had the words, "Believe In Yourself" engraved on it. But, there was a tracking device inside the heart of the necklace. You see, Winston had a reason why he left little Rosie. That's what she must find out.
