No one wakes up hoping that your heart will beat. If your heart were to stop beating, life would go on. Just without you.
An your "heart" doesn't really have anything left in it. Don't know where it all went, but it's definitely not there. It used to be. And now it's gone and you can't get it back, no matter how hard you try. Not that you try hard to find it anyways.
Pretend it's there, pretend you're doing better without it, but in the end it's all pretend. Fake heart. Then again, a heart is just an organ.
All it does is keep you alive.
