Take My Breath Away

I got up, today was just another day without them. I missed them a lot. My parents died in a car crash right after my 18th birthday party. Atleast I could live by myself and not have to be in a girls home. Not me. Not Amber Lance. Today just felt like another Monday, boring and lonely. I put on my light blue hoodie, my short black running shorts and my Nikes. I put my waist-length light brown hair in a messy bun and I put on a little bit of make up. It made my blue eyes stand out. I walked out my bedroom door, put up my guitar, and ate a cinnamon roll. I walked out of the house and breathed In fresh air. I felt like I was forgetting something.... Oh well. I left and walked to the park for my warm up. When I arrived there, there was a cute blonde, blue eyed guy. He was soo cute. His smile might've been a bit crooked, but it still made him more adorable. "Snap out of it." I thought to myself. I started running around the park, passing the guy about, I dunno... A MILLION TIMES. I was on my second mile and I felt good. All of a sudden, I got light headed. I couldn't breathe. Not another asthma attack... I gripped onto a bench. I searched me pocket for my inhaler. Nothing. Great.

-Niall's POV-

That girl was beautiful.. She could be my princess. Every time she passed me, I thought I might get the courage to talk to her, but I couldn't. My heart swelled up. To my surprise she stopped, not too far away. She was holding onto a bench and it looked like she was breathing very hard. Is something wrong with her? I ran over to her bench. "A-are you okay?"

-Amber's POV-

"A-are you okay?" I heard in a cute Irish accent. I looked up. It was the cute guy. Oh, I've really screwed my chances now. I shook my head no, still trying to find my inhaler, gasping for air. I finally just fainted on the bench. All of these memories flashed back.

-Flashback-

"Amber honey, we're o our way pumpkin." My mom spoke through the phone. Being their only child must've really broken them when I went to college. "Okay momma, see you in a few." They were about to take me to a special dinner for my eighteenth birthday. I curled the last strand o my long golden-brown hair. I smiled at myself in the mirror and then I heard a knock on the door. I opened it. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" Both my parents shouted as they group hugged me. I laughed. "Thanks, now let's go eat. I'm starving." My dad chuckled. "That's our Amber. Always eating." I laughed as my dad escorted me to the car.

We finally got there to a fancy restaurant called "Chad's" I smiled and stepped out of the car. We had a great time at Chad's. Amazing music, great food, and awesome entertainment. I was just wowed by it all. Finally we got out of the resturaunt. My parents took me back to the dorm. "We love you honey!" My mom said as she kissed my cheek. "Bye baby." My dad said as he kissed my forehead. "Bye momma, bye daddy, I love you both!" I really did. They were all I had. "Bye!" They both said as they left.

I woke up only an hour later to a phone call.

"WHAT?! NO! NO!" I screamed into the phone. "THEY CAN'T BE! THEY CAN'T BE GONE." Both of them. Dead.

-Reality In Niall's POV-

She was so pale. Her lips a pale pink, only having a pulse for motion. I hope the ambulance would be here soon. I stressed too much. I had to do it. I put my lips to hers, then I began to perform mouth to mouth. I kept on. "Don't leave me!" I began to push on her stomach. "Please." I started hearing sirens in the background. They were here. They rolled the beautiful girl in. "We'll kid, don't just stand there... Get in." The paramedic said to me as I stood there shocked.

Well... How'd you like it for the first chapter? Good? Good. Bad.. Well.. Sorry.. That's a little awkward. Hahah(: Well, I'll try to keep this updated. Comment and give me ideas and advice! I'll need it.
