Loving a freak (ahs freak show )

Chapter 1

"Happy birthday Paige".

"Thanks mum".

" I know that this is a small present but I thought I would take you , your brother and sister to that freak show that's in town ".

" that's sounds great " I said getting up and hugging her.

I knew my mum was trying her best to ker the three of us happy after our dad left once my little sister was born. He never did care about any of us he spend all his time drinking in the pub and if he wasn't there he would be tormenting my mum and making things hard for her.
It was my nineteenth birthday and I had grown up helping to look after Tristan and Emma when mum was at work.
It was 2 in the afternoon and I was getting ready to leave. I looked in the mirror and took a deep breath.

" not a word from him , I knew it he never did care " I said quietly to my self.

" Paige , honey we are leaving ".
I took one last look in the mirror smiled grabbed my jacket and ran down stairs to get in the car.

I jumped in the car.
" Paige we got you a birthday badge as you always get us one ".

" thanks guys " I said putting the badge on to keep Tristan And Emma happy.

We drove up to the field the show was in. Once the car was parked everyone got out.
" Paige take Tristan and Emma to the opening of the tent so I can go and get tickets ".
I started walking to the tent with my brother and sister we stopped when we got to the front. When we got there , there was a member of the cast standing welcoming people to the show. He was really cute ok he had hands like lobsters but I could see past that. He looked over at me and I looked back at him. He walked over to us . " Jimmy, Jimmy darling " he said winking at me.
" Paige Anderson " I said putting my hand out for him to shake it .
He gave me a look as in to say are you sure , I smiled to reassure him. He shook me hand and then held it for a bit.
" oh happy birthday ".
" thanks ".
" guys I got the tickets lets go get some good seats " said my mum.

" go a head I will be there in a minute".
My mum took my brother and sister to get seats and left me with Jimmy.
" so I will see you later then " I said.
" sure I will make sure of it".
I kissed him on the cheek then smiled at him before going to find my mum and siblings.
" Paige fancies Jimmy " said Tristan.
" yeah you can so tell" said Emma.
" no I don't , I don't even know him " I said blushing.

" Paige if your going to try and convince us you don't, try not to blush" said my mum.

I just looked at the floor. Not long after the show started . It was so good they had twins singing well one singing and the other was there back up singer , elsa marrs singing. They then introduced Jimmy. He walked out on to the stage and smiled at me. I smiled back then I felt my phone vibrating half way through Jimmy singing come as you are by nirvana. I looked to see who it was and it was my dad.
" mum I need to go take this it's dad".
" ok but be quick ".
I when outside to take the call , I could see the. Confused look on jimmy's face when he looked at my mum. She signalled for him to come see me once he was done.

" hey darling ".
" um hey dad".
" I was just phoning to say happy birthday and that sorry I couldn't be there" my dad said.

" thanks , but why now what happened to the last 6 years , or Emma and Tristan do they not matter now too, cause none of us mattered when you walked out after Emma was born and you never called any of us" I was starting to get upset , this was when Jimmy came and stood there till I was off the phone.
" trust me I'm going to try be there for the three of you , I get that I shouldn't of just taken off like that ".

" I don't want to hear it , if you really cared you would of came back sooner , I have had enough of you I was the one who had to help look after Tristan and Emma when mum was working after you left but do you care no" tears started rolling down my cheeks.

" I didn't mean for any of it to happen, I couldn't handle the thought of being the dad to three kids but I can now I promise".

" I don't Care , they hate you now and so do I " I shouted then hung up the call.

I burst in to tears hiding the my face in my hands. Jimmy came over and hugged me.

" if you don't mind me asking was that your dad".

" yeah he left 6 years ago when Emma my little sister was born and none of hear from him since then till now.

Jimmy hugged me tighter.
"You know your the first girl who has seen me for me and not some guys with weird hands".
I smiled at him.
" do u want to come want the rest of the show with me , my birthday present for you".

" sure, thanks ".

We went and stood at a side door to watch the rest of the show. Jimmy put his arm around me pulling him into me I put my head on his shoulder. I think my mum noticed at some point . Near the end of the show I looked up at Jimmy . Who look down at me then kissed me making me smile.

After the show we walked around the front to meet my family.
" we seen you kiss " said Emma. Making me blush and smile at Jimmy.

" um I was wondering if Paige could stay and hang out with me for a bit I will take her home and everything I promise " said Jimmy.

" sure Jimmy as long as she is home by 11".
I smiled at my mum and said bye to everyone.

Me and Jimmy went to sit on the stage in the tent.

Was I starting to fall in love with a freak.
