Hard Times

Jay's POV

We were at the studio when i got a text from my old friend Jake.

JAKE: Hey, Alexa is with me so don't worry she is safe. I'll bring her home later tonight or tomorrow.

Jay: Okay, thanks for telling me.

The boys and I were writing a new song so we went to an old studio to try and think. It was very hard though with everything going on. I miss Ashton a lot and i especially miss my little sister Alexa.

" Hey guys, wanna head back to the house now." i said. We had to get up early to go to the viewing. I knew it was going to be hard for everyone.

" Jay, is Alexa okay?" asked Tom.

" Yeah.. i mean.. i guess... i don't know. I haven't talked to her since the band started and we honestly don't like each other at all." i said.

" Well you seem to care about her now." said Siva.

" Yeah, well i don't think she does." i said.

" Well give her some time she'll come around." said Siva. I nodded my head then we pulled up to the house and Alexa wasn't home. I went up to bed and laid down.

Later that night i must have fell asleep. I woke up and it was 11:00pm, i heard two people talking. It sounded like Alexa and Jake.

" Alexa, you can't keep doing this you're only 16." i heard Jake say. I was listening at there conversation threw the door.

" I know, it's just i started to have the day dreams again and it hurts me to think about them. I drink to forget about it and it works sometimes." i heard her say. She is drinking. My little sister is drinking i need to stop her. I walked out of my room and into the hallway were they were standing.

" Alexa, listen i am not going to yell at you i just want you to hear me out." i started to say. She was crying and leaning against the wall.

" Alexa, i know you went threw a lot when you were little. I know it's hard especially right now but you need to stop drinking. It's not good for you, we love you and i don't want you to die from drunk driving or anything like that. Please stop." i said she was crying harder. I gave her a hug but she pushed me off her and just ran to Ashtons room.

" Jay, just give her sometime." said Jake.

" Yeah thanks for bringing her home man and trying to help her out." i said smiling at him. Jake left then i went to my room to get some sleep.

Nathan's POV

I saw her push away from Jay. I heard there whole conversation. A thousand questions ran threw my mind

Why did she hate Jay?

What happen to her when she was little?

What are her day dreams?

I wanted to help her threw this i would love to grab her and tell her everything is going  to be okay. I decided to go check on her to make sure she is okay.

I walked up to the door and knocked on it.

" Go away Jay.." i heard.

" It's me Nathan." i said. I waited a second then the door opened. She was in her Pjs now and had her hair in a bun with her eyes red and puffy from crying.

" Oh sorry..." she said letting me in then walking over to the bed.

" I just came to make sure you're okay." i said.
