chapter 1: the beginning

You'll be loved and love all,

My family shifted here, Raleigh, when I was fourteen , it was me and my dad, Max . Max had been a great fond of hockey once , until one of his friends, played a game with him and intentionally broke his collarbone, facturing the neck region and due to this incident , he never played hockey again and had been a clergyman since. My mom, Laura, died after giving birth to me, in the hospital and Max has been taking care of me since .

I am now sixteen, and me and Max started searching for a high school. We found one named, Auradon high,
And that became my school . I was basically a nerd in my previous school, all good grades, top student , certificates, medals and all the achievements, they were all under me.
But I don't want anyone to call me a bookworm or nerdy Wendy as they did in my previous school . Yup, Wendy is my name. So , I wanted to be a normal student but still with good grades .

I went to the house next door, where my best friend, kiara lives, she is also a teenager, rather I say a funky teenager, she do all the things like multi hair dyes, tattoos, revealing dresses , as per me, I have all the time seen her wearing a short dress and heels. And I still don't know how we ended up being friends as we don't have anything common. She messaged me that she was too going to the same school which I was going .

I went to her house for some styling tips, so that people don't call me a nerd, I rang the doorbell, once, twice, thrice, .......... but no one opened the door. I stood there in the shade of her veranda and then, I rotated my head for stretching and my eyes were on the little gap between the curtains on the inside and the window of her house,
I saw some shadows of people fighting and there was something wrong,
I kept my hand as in the moment to ring the doorbell again and at the same time peeking through that little gap. As I rand the doorbell, the shadows vanished from there . I wanted a clear view of the person who were behind those shadows, so I went near the door and peeked through the key hole of the door.

As I was peeking, I felt a sensation in my spine of fear and there was a twitching in my face, which happens when I am nervous or sad. As these people, have outgrown canines and were grasping the neck of each other with their mouths , there was some red thing in the ground where they stood

Before I realised that they were not something ordinary, a sudden sensation came in my upper jaw and both my canines started twiching hard, I tried not to open my mouth as I was a getting a feeling to shout from the pain, my hard patience shutting hard my mouth was starting to break .
Until I felt a hand touch on my shoulder and a sudden feeling of fear mixed with anxiety got clumped in my mind, and then I had a feeling to look back, but my heart and mind said 'no'
And then another hand touch happened and I turned my back toward the door, clunging to the flower pot on the left as a feeling to throw it if something wrong happens and there was..........
