Tyler, Australia

It was March 10th 2015 and Tyler was chatting to his engineers prior to the Australian Grand Prix. He was asking whether the team was going to be ready to produce him a championship winning car this season.

Tyler had been with Mercedes-Benz Formula One team for 4 years, and was yet to win a driver's championship with them. He had come runner up for the precious two years, but he was hungry for his time as champion.

The car had arrived from the Brackley, England team base earlier in the week and Tyler was asking about the recent changes that had been made.

"The only differences I can see are the changes to the front and rear wings, and the angle at which some of the flaps are at. Are they the only ones made recently?" Tyler asked.

His engineer, Phil, responded "We have also made a couple of changes to the floor so that the car is more aerodynamic, which will hopefully increase the speed we can get when going around the corners"

Tyler was awaiting the time he could get into the car for the first time this season, and feel the changes that have been made to the car. He would only have to wait for 2 days until he could participate in the first practice of the season. He was also wondering about the improvements of the other teams over the winter break and how challenging they would be this season.

To celebrate the start of the season the whole team, including the mechanics and the team boss, Toto Wolff, they went out for the night and hired a restaurant in Melbourne that was an all-you-can-eat restaurant. It meant that Tyler could eat all he wanted for a night and not worry about his weight for a night!

Rosie, London

Rosie lives in the basement of her sister's house, above her lives her sister, Jessica, her husband, Alex and her two nieces, Georgia and Abigal.

She is a painter, but not very well-known so frequently she finds herself juggling several other jobs at the same time. Currently, she is working alongside her sister as a waitress in the restaurant her sister owns and runs.

Rosie was chatting to her sister about job opportunities that are available.

"I quite like the idea of perhaps trying to be a personal shopper. You can begin at the bottom and then work your way up to the top, working for the stars!" Said Rosie excitedly.

"Whoa, whoa, slow down a bit there!" Replied her sister, "You need to think realistically! It sounds like a good idea though, it's a flexible job which means that you can still get some painting done when you are not doing any shopping. It can be an interim job while you are waiting for your break with your painting."

Rosie was thankful for the support, as often her sister can be dismissive quickly, and she doesn't think about things before saying they aren't any good. She made a mental note to contact a company that could make her businesses cards that she could put in Jess's restaurant and also Lucy, her friend's, coffee shop down the road.

Rosie was looking forward to the day where she can live in her own house and fend for herself rather than relying on her sister all the time because she isn't earning enough. As much as Rosie loves her nieces she would like to see the day when she didn't have to babysit at the last minute because she only lived downstairs.
