The Grand Magic Games (Chapter 3)

~Saeko's P.O.V~

I was sleeping peacefully until I heard knocking at my door, sat up and yawn as I looked at the door. "Come in." I said tiredly. I got out of my bed as Princess Hisui came in. "Good morning Saeko." I smiled. "Morning to you too...so brings you to here early this morning, did something happened?" I asked as I get out of my sleep wear and changed in my regular clothes and looked at her. "No, nothing bad happened I just wanted to tell you something." Hisui said as I smiled. "Ok then..what you wanna tell me." Hisui smiled back. "You will be competing in this years Grand Magic Games." Hisui said and I just looked at her shocked. "WHAT! Really..are you serious!?" Hisui nodded at me and I run up to her and hugged her. "thank you! Thank you so much! You don't know how much this means to me!."  I let go of Hisui and cheered while waking up my white and brown exceed. "S-Saeko...w-what's up..with the loud noise?" Aya said sleepy.

"Sorry for waking ya Aya I'm just so happy cause I can finally compete in The Grand Magic Games!" I cheered as Aya smiled but it disappeared in a matter of seconds. "I'm glad to hear that..now be quiet I'm trying to sleep." I giggled and looked at Hisui. Hisui and me been best friends ever since we meet same goes with Aya I can never be separated from Aya, we have that special bond that can never break. Aya and Hisui are the only one I trust and know about my past. I was glad that she trust me and lets me just call her Hisui instead of  "Princess Hisui" cause it was to formal and I'm her best friend. I thought to myself. "Saeko...when you're ready meet me at the throne room so we can talk about the grand magic games to you." Hisui said with a small smile and I nodded.

"Sure thing Hisui." I said before she left my room and I walked to the mirror, I stared at I and smiled a little while I brush my long black hair. I missed you mom. I thought. I hate my father, I hated the fact that had his brown hair...I got sick of having brown hair it reminded me of him, when I got older like thirteen I dyed my hair black permeant so I could look like my mom, cause she had black hair and I already looked similar to her. I got up brushed my teeth then walked up to my furry little friend and picked her up then walked out to the throne room. When I walked in the throne room seeing the king and Hisui there. "Good morning Saeko." The king greeted. "Hello your Majesty, you wanted to speak to me?" I said as I slightly bowed in respect. "Yes, it's about the Grand Magic Games and seeing that you're so happy I'm guessing that my daughter told you that you'll be participating in the games." I nod.

"Yes~!" The king let a heartily laugh. "Hehe I see very well than. You don't have to participate in the elimination round but you have to represent one of the guild teams, you can choose which ever you want and you can switch if you like." I jumped in joy. "Thank you so much! You have no idea how much I wanted to be in the games!" They both just smiled but then I looked down. "What's the matter Saeko?" Hisui said and I looked at them with anime tears. "I just realized how hungry I am!!" I whined as they had sweat drops and laughed. "Very well since that you know you can go be ready tomorrow." I grinned as nod.

"Well I'm gonna meet the compression and get something to eat. Bye~!" I ran out well jumped out the window landing on the ground safely using my magic and scaring people nearby. I looked to see Aya missing and I start freaking out. "Aya? Aya!? AYA!!!" I yelled as I ran looking for her in a panic. "Aya!" I stopped when I noticed she was talking to a black cat with a scar on corner of his left eye, I sighed in relief and walked up to them. "Aya you almost gave me a heart attack...anyway who is this cutie~? A new guy friend~!" I winked and wiggle my eyebrows at her.

"S-sorry Sae- Wait what!?!? No, nonononono! I j-just met him!" I laughed. "Hehe I see~ does your friend want to get something to eat I'm buying?" I looked at him seeing he had a twinkle in his eyes. "Oh where is my manners. I'm Saeko, Aya's owner." I smiled as we walk to a small restaurant and sat down thinking if I know or met the black cat. We ordered and talked then realized I didn't get his names. "I never got your names." I smiled sweetly. "I'm Patherlilly or Lilly for short, my partner is Gajeel...which he is somewhere around here." Lilly said. Gajeel...where did I hear that name before. "Sae....Saek....Saeko!" I snapped out of it and looked at my exceed. "Sorry about that...lets eat." I said when I noticed the food arrived, then nodded and we ate.

Aya and me left the restaurant with full stomachs. "That was so good!" I said cheerfully and Aya agreed. We walked around until a group of people yelling, cheering and betting. I ran over there seeing a blonde and a pink haired boys glaring at each other, the pinkie yelling about about his dragon father which made froze where I was standing. Blondie killed his father the one that raised him! They pay no mind to people around them, I walked up to them and slammed their heads together. They looked at me with glares but I just glared back. "Bakas! What's wrong with you!" I sighed and looked at them with a smile. "You two must be competing in the Games." They nod and I smirk. "I would be glad to see you both compete...oh and don't be so cocky at the games Sting...you have know idea who you'll be facing. Let's go Aya it's almost to for the elimination rounds to begin." I start walking away with Aya on my head. "It's nice seeing you again Blondie~! You too Lector-san!" I said before disappearing.

It's been a long time my dearest daughter~

You grown so much Saeko~

You hurt her I'll kill you!~

You'll pay for that!~

I love her so much I'll do anything for her~

You're still weak when I first met you~

I'm not the same little girl when we met!~

You're weak and always will be Saeko~

Don't underestimate me I'm different from before! I'm a lot stronger than you think! I'm not the weak defenseless powerless naive girl that I was before!!!~

My home is wherever my heart is~
