Percy's POV
At midnight, Annabeth woke me up from my comfortable couch in the common room.
"Wha...?" I asked. Annabeth pulled me up.
"Come on Seaweed Brain. We have astronomy." She said.
"At midnight?" I asked. Annabeth sighed.
"Astronomy is the study of stars. Midnight has the most stars." She said.
"I already know stars. I even know a constellation personally." I mumbled. "Now let me sleep."
Let me tell you, I didn't get to sleep. Annabeth pulled me out of bed, and dragged me to the tallest tower in the castle.
"I didn't sign up for this." I said, setting up my telescope. The view from the top of the tower was beautiful. The lake was located right underneath the tower, and the forest was right beyond that. I was terrified. Not of the view, but of the fact that Zeus will probably blast me off.
"How many constellations do you know?" Hermione asked Annabeth.
"All of them. You?" The conversation carried on. I was bored, so I started to fall asleep again.
All of a sudden, I herd commotion.
"Percy! Look out!" Harry called to me just as Ron yelled,
"LIGHTNING!"
Oh no. The bolt hit me and I froze. I started to tip foreword. All the Wizards were yelling, and Annabeth was running towards me. Thalia was cursing in Ancient Greek to her dad, and Hermione was yelling a spell.
And then I fell 100 feet down into the lake.
