*~*~* Alex's POV *~*~*

This last week has passed by so fast that its hard to realize that I only have another 2 months until summer. I have been searching for AJ since the day he apologized, but every time I asked the guys where he was at, it was a collection of 'I don't know' 'I haven't seen him' 'ignoring you'. Its already Thursday, well Friday since its 3 a.m., and I still haven't seen him once, even in some classes we take together, he isn't there. I have been tossing and turning every night since the apology, but every time I try and sleep I think of that depressed look he probably had painted on his face when I left.

"ugh"

I groaned as sleep wouldn't take me anytime soon. I swung my legs over the side of the bed and got up, I was wearing black spandex and a red tank top with my hair tied up in a messy bun. I stole a quick glance at Spitz and saw her cuddled up in her blankets and in a deep sleep, I tip-toed my way to the door and opened it enough so I can squeeze through. I walked down the many halls tot he kitchen, Maggie always leaves the kitchen unlocked since she doesn't want any of us to wake her up for the key so we can get a midnight snack. I walked through the door and made my way to the fridge and grabbed out some fruit. I hopped up on the counter and instantly shivered as I felt the cold steel under my legs. I ignored it and immediately started to dig into my fruit when I heard a soft thud. I snapped my head up and realized that I wasn't the only one in here, in front of me stood a guy wearing a white hoodie, basketball shorts, and some black Nike free runs. I couldn't see his face since his hood was up and his back was towards me while he looked in the fridge for something to eat.

"hello?"

I said, but he didn't even flinch.

"Hello?"

I said louder, but still nothing.

"hello?!"

I practically shouted and he still didn't move. I was starting to get annoyed so I jumped down from the counter and marched over to where he was, but before I can even touch him, he whips around and I realize he has head phones in. I look at his face and I am immediately shocked.

"AJ?!"

I yelled as my jaw hit the floor, he instantly covered my mouth so I don't yell again. I laugh and remove his hand and jump up and give him a hug. It felt good to be in his arms again and I felt warm all over.

THANK YOU BABY JESUS!

I said in my head as I squeezed him tighter.

*~*~* AJ's POV *~*~*

Thanks a lot Jesus.

I thought sarcastically as I felt her arms tighten around my neck. I have been gradually ignoring Alex for the past week because I knew the second I saw her, I would instantly be depressed and my heart will ache from missing her. I went out for a jog since I couldn't sleep and walked into the kitchen looking for something to eat and drink, I didn't even notice she was there until I felt someone behind me, so I whipped around and my eyes laid on the most beautiful girl I have ever seen.

"AJ?!"

she yelled and I immediately covered her full lips with my hand so she couldn't shout again. I didn't want anyone waking up and yelling at us for being up so late even though tomorrow we have no school due to a holiday. She grabbed my hand and lowered it so she can jump on me and give me a hug, her legs wrapped around my waist and her arms flew to the back of my neck tightening her grip. I wrapped my hands around her waist and nestled my face into her neck and gave a deep laugh that sent her shivers. I felt warm instantly and felt the pure electricity flowing through us both. She pulled away slightly to look into my eyes and she leaned in and gave me a soft, gentle kiss on the lips that only lasted a second and she pulled away.

"I didn't get to tell you that I forgive you and might be falling for you,"

She whispered and hesitantly looked into my eyes which I know was filled with pure love because I honestly know I'm falling her I just cant bring myself to say it. I was so engulfed in my thoughts that her smile started to slip away as I took so long to reply. I was so tongue tied that I couldn't even form a sound so I settled with my actions. I gentle pulled her head towards mine and gave her a gentle kiss which she returned.

"So does this mean you're my girlfriend again?"

"mmm maybe, depends, are you still going to give me sucky kisses"

"whoa! I'm a fantastic kisser!"

"suure, whatever you say, Aaron."

"ok really? now we are doing the whole first name thing? that's just messed up"

She giggled that adorably nerdy giggle and I couldn't help, but give her a kiss again. I felt her smile into the kiss which made me smile and soon she started to laugh and I couldn't help but laugh also.

Now this is where I say we lived happily ever after, but every story has someone, or something that ruins the moment. In this case, the thing that ruined our Hollywood worthy scene was a fire alarm.

Alex jumped in surprise and hopped off of me. She walked around the corner and opened the door. She immediately dashed towards me and grabbed my hand as she dashed back to the door.

"Alex!"

I yelled, but was cut short when I saw boys and girls running around trying to find friends or just the nearest exit. I tightened my grip around her hand and I ran towards the nearest exit and flung the door open to find most of the student body already huddled outside, and seeing some students still making their way out the door. I ran to the big group of students and heard the teachers taking roll, yelling out names and hearing a here follow after. I heard the one of my teachers yell my name so I yelled here and felt Alex's grip tighten.

"Jamie Lynn!"

I heard a teacher yell. I felt Alex's head snap around looking for the blonde but even i searched around and couldn't see her anywhere.

"Jamie Lynn!"

she yelled again and there was once again no answer.

"Has anyone seen Spitz?!"

This time the teachers voice sounded panicked.

"Has anyone seen James Wild?!"

Another teacher yelled and there was no answer. He looked all over the crowd and kept shouting both names since his voice carried farther than the other teachers. It took me a second to realize Alex was no longer by my side, i snapped my head towards the doors and saw her sprinting for her life towards the school.

"ALEX!"

I screamed but it was useless, she was already through the door. I started to sprint after her until I felt arms holding me back. I thrashed and fought, trying to get the arms off of me but they wouldn't budge, their grip just tightened until I was all warn out and just fell to the floor on my knees waiting to see Alex burst the doors and back into my arms.
