Title: In Love With My Stepbrother.
{Cliche..I know.}
~Ally POV~
"Ally! Time to go!" My mom yells.
"Coming Mom!" I yell back.
Today's the day my mom and I are moving in with her fiancé, Chase and his son, Jace. I honestly have no problem with it seeing as my Dad left my mom when I was 3 and Chase makes her happy; so who am I to interfere?
The car ride to New York wasn't very long, so 4 hours later we were in front of Chase Wethers huge mansion.
Yes, He's rich, but that doesn't mean anything to me. I think rich people are just plain ungrateful and can't understand that most people would kill to be in their place. But not me. I know some rich people choose to look down on the people with less money than them. That wouldn't be me. Maybe Chase is different. Anyway, Mom tells me that Chase has a son around my age. Great, just what I need, some rude, arrogant jock.
Chase is already out ready to welcome us into his mansion, but I refuse to get out of the car.
Mom sighs and looks at me.
"Come on Al, don't be like this. Not now" I can tell she's getting frustrated so I grudgingly get out.
Chase smiles at me and unexpectedly I get a warm feeling from him so I smile back.
Once we're in the- (I guess I can call it house seeing as the size really means nothing to me)-Chase yells, "Jace, they're here!
Footsteps descend the stairs and my eyes are suddenly locked with the brightest green eyes I've ever seen. Not realizing it my eyes drift downwards. He was wearing a black wife beater with dark black skinny jeans and black combat boots.
He looks good, I thought. But as my eyes met his once again, I noticed he was smirking. Ugh, I knew he'd be arrogant. So I definitely wasn't gonna admit to him that I thought he looked good. Bet his head is already big enough.
"Nice to meet you two", he says to me and my mom.
My mom smiles and gives him a hug, I took it that I had to give him one too. When I did, I wanted to hug him all day. Sounds weird, but ehh. His cologne smells so good!
"Jace, would you show Ally her room?" Chase asks his son.
"Sure, Dad." Jace motions for me to follow him. I make a move to grab my bags, but Chase says "Don't worry, someone'll get that". I smile even though I didn't understand why I couldn't do something as simple as taking my bags up to my room. I'm not handicapped, I wanted to snap but thank God I didn't.
