Bryce's P.O.V.:
I knock on Evelyn's door waiting for her to answer. She can't see I'm trying to plan a surprise for her. She has always been blind to the obvious but I guess I shouldn't be so secretive. I want this birthday to be the day I confess. I look back to the door and no one seems to answer.
"Eve! Eve! Are you there?" I wait for a reply but get none. I decide to use the spare key she always keeps in her unicorn shaped shrub. I unlock the door. The house is still and silent. Kinda like the phrase "Not a creature was stirring not even a mouse," and it was scary. My heart belated a little faster at the though of what could of happened.
~Maybe she's dead or someone took her captive. Maybe she's under a sleeping sleep like her favorite Disney princess. Something must be wrong even if she's sleeping she's a light sleeper.~ Before I know what happened I was in her room my heart beating like a train. I rush to her bed and sigh. She okay but sleeping. She usually would of woken up by the knocking on the door.
"Eve, I have to tell you something please wake up. I want to give you your present but you need to wake up."
