High school life

Uh Oh

Well the plane ride was very joyful. I got sick three times. I literally spent the whole time hiding in the bathroom not wanting to answer questions from the guys. Calum sat outside the door talking to me the whole time.

The perky flight attendant came by eventually and said we needed to go to our seated as soon as possible because we were preparing to land. Awesome. Here comes fifty thousand questions from the guys.

Calum said he was going to go back and told me to come out when I'm ready. I decided I probably should since I spent the whole ride in the cramped bathroom puking my guts out.

I slowly made it back down the aisle, quickly sitting down and putting headphones in to drown out everybody and everything around me.

We were on our way to the hotel. It was a 30 minute ride. We had a limo take us there. Ashton, Michael, and Luke all sat on one side while me and Calum sat across. Luke had a pained look.

I put in my headphones blaring sleeping with sirens if you can't hang. I began to think what me and Calum talked about through the bathroom door on the airplane. We were trying to figure out why I was sick because I never ever throw up.

In the end he was making up funny excuses.
"You looked at Luke"
"The bitchy flight attendant came up to you"
The end one really got to me.
"Your pregnant"

That one really bothered me. Obviously people know they are pregnant when they miss their period and stuff. Well I don't keep track of that shit because it's always random. Besides I'm not even 19 yet. There's no way.

That would explain the puking. And the sudden urge for pickles. God I really want pickles now.

"Calum can we stop and get pickles?"

"What an odd thing to ask." He chuckled slightly. "If there isn't any at the hotel we will go get some."

I nodded and put my headphones back in.

We arrived at the hotel and of course no pickles. But hey I got drawn to share a room with Luke. Yay me. Of course out of all the names in the hat I pick Luke.

"Let's go roomie" he put his arm around me and led us to our room. I didn't stay long though since Calum was taking me to get my desperately needed pickles.

Calum knocked on our door about 5 minutes after we walked in.

"No! You can't take my roomie already! We haven't even picked what side of the beds we want!"

Oh yea. I forgot to mention. There's only ONE bed.

"Yea Luke go cry to Michael. Me and Amber are going to get pickles!" He threw me over his shoulder and walked to the elevator.

Suddenly a wave of nausea hit me. I slowly slid to the ground and put my head between my knees. Calum bent down so we were face to face.

"Amber. Are you ok?"

I couldn't decide if I should tell him or not.

I slowly shook my head. "Well your not gonna get better on your own. You need medicine or something."

"No. I just need a test."

His face went pale. "No."

"What do you mean no. You don't even know what I'm talking about. "

"Amber you are not carrying Luke's baby. I will not let that happen to you."

Now it was my turn to go pale. He knew. How? I thought me and Luke both agreed not to tell anyone.

"Yea I know Amber. Don't ask how it's too complicated. But we will get you a test to find out if the monster was dumb or not."

A half a jar of pickles and 3 tests later, me and Calum were standing in the bathroom struggling to speak. Three positive tests. Wow. I actually had a mini Luke or mini me inside me.

"How do we tell Luke?" I asked Calum who looked like he just saw Jennifer Aniston.

"I have no clue. I don't think we should."

"What do you mean we shouldn't tell him. It's his kid."

"Do you know this for sure?"

"Do I look like a whore? Luke needs to know."

"Luke needs to know what?" Ashton walked into my room asking.

Shit.

"I owe you five bucks Ashton. Damn it."

Ashton dropped my bag. He looked straight at my stomach.

"You guys bet on this!?"

"Well how could we not?"

"Wait. How the hell do you both know?"

"Well Amber, it's quite simple." Ashton started, "You scream loud."

My face went scarlet. How am I going to tell Luke.
