All I wanted to do was disappear and my powers decided to stop working now.
"Sidney, your turn to present in front of the class."The teacher spoke in a apologetic tone knowing this is the last thing I wanted to do right now. I have never been able to stand in front of a group of people with out one extremely embarrassing myself , or two running out of class.Slowly standing up out of my seat and walking up to the front of my class I prayed my powers would start working. Then right when I was just about to bolt out of class the principle walks in with a student.
"Mrs.Peters, we have a new student his name is Dakota. Class please welcome him nicely. "
"Welcome Dakota,Sidney you may go sit down I will have you present tomorrow.Dakota would you like to tell the class a little bit about yourself?"
Few, Thank you god for the new kid.
"Um,hi my name is Dakota. My family moved here from Texas, and I a really into skateboarding I guess."
"Thank you Dakota, how about you sit in that empty seat right next to Sidney.Sidney will you please show Dakota around."Mrs. Peters said.
Nodding my head yes, Dakota heads to his seat and winks at me.
