Straight-A student, so-called nerd, and friendly Axel Young sits in the back of the classroom talking to his best friend, Roxas Baker. They made jokes and fun of other people as they played shooting rubber bands. The entire class was rowdy that morning, and the teacher, Ms. Natalie, was annoyed that they hadn't even started class and it was already this noisy. "Alright class!" She yelled. Most of the class calmed down, but Axel and Roxas were still continuing to talk. "Hah!" Roxas screamed. "I beat you!" "No you didn't!" Axel whined. "Mr. Young and Mr.Baker! Stop talking, please." Natalie said as Axel and Roxas looked at her in confusion. "Before we start, I'd like to announce 2 transfer students coming into our class today." All the boys and girls in the class gave each other looks of excitement. Axel groaned as Roxas face-palmed. "Probably some ugly retards." Axel whispered. "I know right? Some short fat guy that doesn't know what 2+2 is and another one just like him, but uglier." Roxas responded. "Here we have Triss Forrest." Said Natalie. Axel and Roxas looked at each other with surprise, and so did all the boys while the girls sucked their teeth and sighed when they heard the female name. In walked a tall, curly haired girl with ashen hair and almost glowing green eyes. Axel stared in amazement as she walked next to the teacher. She's beautiful -he thought. "Ok, Triss, you can go umm...oh, sit to the right of the redheaded kid over there called Axel. You look calm, I think you would be a good role model to him." Natalie said, looking at Axel with disappointment. Triss stayed silent and walked next to Axel, and he blushed, giving his face a nice, strong, pink to it. Some kids noticed and laughed while pointing. He realized and covered his face, hoping Triss had not noticed too. "Haaaah, I saw that face. She might be hot but you're completely in love aren't you?" Roxas taunted. "Shut up and keep it down!" Axel rushed, hoping she didn't hear it. She then slowly sat down, pulled her hair over her ear, and got ready for class. "Next we have Nix Curry, who will sit next to Roxas." Natalie continued. In walked an even taller, curvy redhead with light brown eyes that could probably match her hair. Just like Triss, she silently walked towards her brand new seat. As she came towards us, Roxas whispered "now that's hot." "I guess" Axel said, still embarrassed from earlier.
The day went on normally as the new girls, Triss and Nix, went on to get accustomed to the ways of the school. They didn't talk much though, but still managed to make friends.
At dismissal, Roxas and Axel were finishing an ongoing conversation. "You're a pussy!" Roxas insulted Axel. "No i'm not, you are." He responded. "Nope, you are. You can't do anything manly enough." Roxas argued. "Alright, lets find out, give me something 'manly' to do." He said swinging his arms to make air quotes. "Ok ok sure, if you're so confident, then go ask out Triss." Roxas told him with a smirk on his face. Axe blushed just from the thought of it. "Hah! Chicken!" Roxas yelled as Triss came by. Axel grabbed his neck with one hand and muffled his mouth with the other. "Alright but stay shut." He warned. Axel hastily followed Triss, who had passed them a few seconds ago. He reached for her back, hesitated a little bit, but managed to grow some balls and tapped her shoulder. "T-Triss?" He asked. She stopped walking and looked at him. It seemed as if she was processing the fact that Axel had just talked to her. Her face looked confused. "Umm yeah?" She asked. "Look, you are really h-hot and I think I'm in...love with you so will you g-go out with me?" He managed to say, with some stutters on the side. Triss looked surprised. She was happy, but surprised. How is a guy this cute single? -she thought. "Haha, yeah i'll go out with you." She replied. Axel laughed in excitement and hugged her, then ran back to Roxas. "Dude! Dude! Dude! Dude!" He screamed. "What the hell do you want?" Roxas said, annoyed. "I did it! She said yes!" Axel laughed. He then gave Roxas a "You were wrong" look with a smile and ran home. "What?! No way..." Roxas remarked, talking to himself as Axel had already left, disappointed and kind of...sad.
