It was the last week of summer vacation and I wanted to make the most of the rest of my time hanging with my friends and boyfriend Caleb. Wow how rude of me my name is Christina and i'm a junior in highschool so is my boyfriend and so are my three best friends Juliana, Megan, and Skylar. I'm the captain of the track team at Stockbridge high school and my friends and me are all training over the summer in order to get ready for our opening track meet when school starts up again. So just to let you know that i'm a straight A student and I take my academics very seriously and i'm a good girl when it comes to my school work, my extracurricular, and when it comes to studying. But there's one minor thing that I have to tell you but you can't tell anyone not my mom and especially not my dad.Ok so here I go so it was the end of my sophomore year when my boyfriend Caleb at graduation PROPOSED to me and I didn't know what to say so I think that you could guess yes of course i said yes but there was one problem with that I was that my dad didn't really like Caleb but tolerated him because I liked him so if he found out that me and him got ENGAGED my dad would freak I mean he might lock me in a tower somewhere if he could but he won't. So enough with my secret more with my life. So I have a brother and his name is Matthew he's older and he's just kind of a loner he likes to kick it by himself sometimes there's nothing wrong with that and me and him are really close so of course he was the first one to know that me and Caleb got engaged but he promised that he wouldn't tell mom and dad. Oh and by the way my dad is kind of famous because he's a very talented musician and my mom well i'm not too close with her right now because all she does is come from work and get drunk but i don't let that bother me i just push it aside and keep going like it's not even happening.
