Hello, my name is Lilly* I live in Seattle (not really, I’m not giving out where I actually live :P) I am 14 and I have abusive friends.

“We’re just trying to help you!” Ashley* grinned, I pulled my wrists away from her, as she backed me into a wall, she was a like a blonde angel with devil horns,

“Well you’re not,” I grumbled, trying to walk away. Rachel* turned around and stood in front of me, blocking my path.

“But you’re cutting your wrists! Just let us help you!” she insisted, tilting her head to the side, letting her long brown hair drift over her shoulders,

“What I do to myself does not concern you,” I snapped, the three lines across my wrist stung as I pushed her out of my way, she frowned, and grabbed onto my school bag. I sighed and glared in front of me,

“Let. Go.”

“No! Not until you let us help you!” Ashley giggled, they weren’t taking this seriously, they said it as if it was a joke.

“Let. Go!” I repeated, turning around, Ashley’s hand twisted free of my bag and I walked away,

“But you cut your self!” Rachel laughed, the teacher nearby heard,

“Miss, they’re being mean,” I said to her, she seemed to take this as a joke,

“Oh, but you don’t really cut yourself, you’re a happy girl!” she smiled. What is wrong with the teachers here?! I sighed and nodded, obviously I needed counseling, but the only reason I harmed myself was because of them. Ashley and Rachel. It had started a while ago, Ashley was the one that would hit me, kick me. Literally, no joke. She always made up stupid explanations for her behavior. While Rachel was the one who I always labeled ‘BITCH’ in my mind, no matter what the circumstances. There were others who who mean, but I could bear. Daniel, for example, yeah Rachel and Ashley gave her a hard time like me, but to be honest she had it better of. Then she became, well practically a bully, like Ashley and Rachel, I don’t know why they pick on me, but I’ve been bull-prone since kindergarten. No joke. If you’re like me, then you know what I’m going through. Oh, I think I forgot to tell you, we’re in school having lunch (YAY FOOD!), I have long brown hair in tight curls of whichI wear in a bun,. Rachel and Ashley are considered ‘bitches’ in this school, although I’ve heard the rumor that they’re scared of my death stare, I’m deadly serious. The reason why I’m crying is because I considered Ashley and Rachel ‘friends’ for a while, until they decided it would be fun to hit me, for stupid things! I can remember when they stole my pencil case for some reason (AKA they thought it was funny -_-) and then when I went to retrieve it, Ashley decided to kick me in the shins...HARD! Yeah I was limping for the rest of the day, and to be honest with you I have no strength to hit back, or defend myself. Yup you guessed it, I’m a wimp.

Tears overflowed from my eyes, the only thing I felt was Joan hugging me while the gazes of Ashley and Rachel bore into my skull,

“Just leave her alone,” Jamie muttered (my friend Jamie* had dead straight orange hair that flows past her elbows if you’re wondering), I closed my eyes, hoping to stop the flow of salt water pouring from my eyes,

“No,” Rachel smirked, crossing her arms over her chest,

“Don’t worry, she’ll laugh soon, especially with the face you’re giving her,” Rachel laughed, I peeked up to see Jamie glaring at them, WHERE THEY SERIOUSLY TAKING MY FEELINGS AS A JOKE?!

“Whats going on?” Ms Wood* asked, her red jacket brightened in the sunlight, “Lilly, are you okay?” she asked, placing a hand on my shoulder, Jamie let go but held one hand in place,

“Ashley and Rachel wont leave her alone,” Jamie insisted, the teacher looked at Ashley and Rachel, is sickened me that they both had innocent faces on,

“Well what happened?” Ms Wood asked, raising her eyebrow at me from behind her sunglasses,

“They’ve been doing stuff to me that may be fun for them, but it actually hurts my feelings,” I sobbed as another wave of tears struck,

“It sounds as if its been going on for a while,” Ms Wood wondered aloud, “Has it?”

“Yes, it has,” I whimpered,

“Yeah, but she’s never said to stop,” Ashley insisted,

“I have! I said it like a thousand times!” I yelled, Ms Wood looked at the two sternly,

“I’ll have a talk to you later,” she said, “Why don’t you go and sit down, Lilly,” she said, I nodded as Jamie led me over to one of the metal seats in the playground.
