His Obsession

~PROLOGUE~

Prologue

The short-cut alley that I used to walk without much worry now looks like a long tunnel. The sweats that drench my face is nothing to me now, my mind is to focus on trying to reach my home as fast as I can. I can't even look back due to the fear that I'll be caught by that guy.

I keep running as if I'm being chased by demons. Pero mas matindi pa sa demonyo ang humahabol sa akin.The home I've been trying to go become impossible to reach, if he knew where I live that would be more dangerous to me so I took another short-cut to go to the main street. Nadadama ko na ang pagod ng paa ko kakatakbo pero patuloy pa din ako. I tried to run faster but I can still hear his giggle, I felt like I'm a rat being toyed by a snake.

"Run, my love. Just keep on running"

I heard his voice clearly that it seems that I haven't make any improvement of our distance, I closed my eyes avoiding to look back and keep running. I can't give up now... I don't want to give up.

I'm not a strong believer but to those who can hear me, please save me. I'll do anything just please. I don't want to be chained to this guy. Anyone please.

Dama ko ang pamamasa ng mata ko at pisingi. Desperado na akong makatakas kunting takbo na lang makakapunta na ako sa mainstreet kung saan maraming tao. It will be impossible for him to take me if that happens. The pain in my legs worsens as I try to run faster but things just don't go the way I want.

My legs gave up...

Napaplakda ako sa lupa at dahil dun hindi na ako makatakbo pa. Kita ko na ang liwanag ng mga street light sa dulo ng eskinitang tinakbo ko, kunti na lang, kunti na lang makakatakas na ako. Why? Why must my legs give up now!? Why!?

"No! Please stand up! Stand up you f*cking stupid legs!" Hinampas ko ng hinamapas ang naninigas kong paa habang umiiyak but it didn't do anything.

I felt a hand in my shoulder which made me look up to see the owner. The owner is a guy probably taller than me I can't see his face clearly but his silhouette give me a clue to his gender. I held his hand tightly and tried to focus my look at his blurry face.

"Help... Please help me. Get me out of here please!"

I pleaded holding a sob inside my mouth but his next words made my brain stop functioning. I'm back to my nightmare because the hands I was grasping closely for hope are now the reason that I'll be back there.

"So, are we done playing tag, my love?"

He said those words as his blurry face has now become clear. The face that I was running desperately appears in front of me. Nakangisi siyang nakatingin sa akin as if a snake who already caught it's prey. No. No. No.

"You can't run away from me," he whispers to my ear that gives me chills to my spine. He lifts me up like a bride and started walking back. The next words he said become another chain to me.

"You're mine."

Because this is still a prologue, the word count isn't quite as high as it might be. I hope you'll be patient with me.
