On our way back home it started to rain, which certainly meant a lot more cold. Great.
"You know I actually had fun." That's a surprise coming from Ike. "Yeah? Or just saying that to spare my feelings?" He shook is head, "I actually enjoyed it, specially the part when we danced..." He smiled and looked at me, I blushed and just turned to the window. "Hey I'm joking!" He laughed, ouch that kinda hurt.
I kept my head to the window, watching the landscape pass by. "Hey you okay? Is this about leaving addy or the Dan-" "STOP THE CAR!"
He slammed on the brakes panicking, "DID I HIT SOMETHING?!" I completely ignored his question and jumped out the car door rushing to the ditch, picking up whatever I saw moving and stuffing it in my hoodie. I ran back smiling and shut the door.
"WHAT THE F$&¥ WAS THAT FOR WHAT DID YOU EVEN GRAB?!" Ike shouted flaring his arms. I pulled down my collar to reveal a tiny puppy who was covered in mud and rain.
"Oh nonono! We are not keeping a dog!" I just smiled and looked ahead for s few minutes. He finally gave in.

When we got home I took the dog out of my jacket and it started to run around the dorm, spreading mud everywhere. "You better wash him and clean up his foot prints." God he's soundly like my mom, what's his deal with dogs?
"Yeah yeah...Hey can we name him Dog, but spell it like Dawg?" He looked at me like I was crazy. "Naming a dog Dog?" I nodded and he shrugged it off, I'm guessing that's a yes.
(20 minute time skip brought to you buy oatmeal scented dog shampoo!)
I sat on the floor with Dawg on my stomach nibbling on my hoodie strings. Ike sat on his bed muttering things to himself, to normal people this would worry them but I'm used to it by now. "Hey...Hunter can I ask yo-you a question..?" I propped part of elbow up, being careful not to knock over Dawg, and nodded. "W-would it be weird i-if I liked you...Like like you...?" It soon became a completion to see who could blush more. "Well- no. I feel comfortable saying this..." Hunter don't do it don't freaking do it don't say anything! "I- I like like you...Addy thought I should tell you so-please don't hate me.." I looked down at the ground. I wish I didn't say that, he's going to make fun of me and think I'm weird and wouldn't want to be friends anymore, he-Ike wrapped his arms around me and hugged me. "Shut up." I looked up at him, "I would never hate you and I...I like you too.."
Yes yes I know it's short, but I'm kind of thinking of ending this book, not officially like finishing the story. But not writing it any longer, maybe I might write a different story with the same people?
