Elena's P.O.V
Dear diary,
Today is the day to start finally searching for my one true love... Wait no scratch that, To actually find my true love. He must be handsome, spontaneous, romantic, not afraid to take charge and a rebel!! (Yea that sounds about right) Anyways I have to go get ready for a day of boring and endless school.

I had just gotten out my new red dress from my bedroom closet that I had recently bought for my first day back at Mystic Fallen high school and placed it gently on my bed not trying to make too many wrinkles in it. I had already ruined enough special dresses as it is. "Elena you're going to be late for school if you don't hurry!" a voice exclaimed from down the stairs. That was my mother Jenna, she's always been the one to keep me in order and the one parent that always makes me go to church every Sunday in the same blue childish looking dress that I absolutely hate but never the less I still do it for her because its been tough these past two years for her. See my dad passed away when I was about 16 years old in a car accident and there hasn't been a day thats gone by I think that both Jenna and I haven't thought about him. "Elena lets go now!" Jenna exclaimed. So I thew my dress on, grabbed my bag and ran down the stairs as quickly as I could then I threw my flats on. I had already noticed that Jenna had gotten in the car began honking the horn like a mad woman. I hadn't even gotten my morning coffee yet oh well I guess. So I ran out the door, jumped in the car and off we went.
"Elena what has gotten into you? You're always ready by the time we have to go." "I'm sorry Jenna, I'm just... distracted today that's all." I replied. "Well you better not let it happen again, I don't want you falling behind in school. A young lady with your intelligence should stay focused and be well rounded." "Sorry Jenna..." I mumbled. We continued the car ride silently until we approached the school. "Have a good day Elena and remember to take lots of study notes, I love you." "I love you too mom" I replied as a shut the car door. Finally at school where I can escape Jenna's hounding about every little thing I do and just relax... "Elena!!!!" Two voices screamed(Well relaxing was fun while it lasted). I turned around to see who the voices were and it was my two best friends Sarah and Olivia. Sarah was tall, blond and had to of been the most popular girl at school. Um Olivia on the other hand was more of the gothic type but can be super girly at points. "Oh my god Elena you look supper stunning in you red dress" Sarah stated. "Um thanks Sarah" I began to smile. "You and Olivia look amazing as well." "Thanks!!" They both replied. "I'm sorry girls I've gotta get going I need to get go get my locker number. Ill text you guys later?" "Alright" They both replied. As I started to walk away Olivia yelled" Meet us in the cafe at lunch, ok?" "Yea sure" I replied. Well I was off to go get my locker number. Just as I was about to enter the office I had ran right into what felt like a brick wall and fell right to the ground. How embarrassing!! I looked up and found myself looking up at this boy who started to look down at me with these bright blue eyes that made my heart stop for a moment. "Are you ok?" He asked. Once I came outta my trans I replied "Yea I-I'm fine." He offered me his hand to help me up "My names Niall Im new here. What's your name beautiful?" Oh my god!! He just called me beautiful, I think I'm gonna faint. Pull yourself together Elena!! "My names Elena." He smiled " Hey Elena would you like to come somewhere with me right now?" Class was about
to start but how could I say no to someone so attractive. "Um sure." He took my hand and pulled me up and we began walking. Eventually we were out of the school and off school property. "Where are we going?" I asked. "To the park" Niall replied. We were going to the park!! I was missing school for a lousy park. "Why the park?" I asked." You like to ask questions don't you Elena?" He said in a kind of mysterious but hot voice. "Um-um-I." I had no words at that moment. We arrived finally at the park. "Elena go run through the sprinklers" Niall told me. "What?" "Just run though the sprinklers" he said now in a more demanding voice. Not wanting to upset him I went an stood right under where the water fell for the sprinklers. I didn't understand why he made me do that until he came over to me and grabbed me by my waist. "I've always wanted to kiss a beautiful girl under the rain you know" he beautifully said. I looked into his big blue eyes after he said that as he was looking at me then we leant in face to face. He waited a few seconds before he kissed me. The kiss was long and so passionate. It made my heart beat so fast it felt like it was going to pop out of my chest. I didn't understand how a guy like that could kiss a girl like me but I shouldn't be complaining. After we finally ended the kiss he asked me if I wanted to go somewhere private with him. I mean I'm never a risk taker with boys especially after I just meet one but he was different. I nodded my head and agreed. This wasn't for sex or anything like that though thank god. He wanted to get to know me more. He walked me to his house. On the way I was nervous I mean Im skipping school and I'm with a boy I barley know.

Hey guys this is my first story, I'm only 14 and I really suck at English but I really wanted to give this a shot. Ill write another part maybe tomorrow after my exam. Comment what you want to see happen and ill try my best to put some of your ideas into the story.
