Chapter 1

"The rumor was true this is the best restaurant in town!" My mother said in a cheerful voice "hey cyra isn't it true ?! Isn't it delicious ?! " I smiled and said "yeah ! Yeah! Delishus" my mother laugh cause of my pronounciation "so Cyra its your 6th birthday you should enjoy it more what do you want?" My father said with a cheerful voice too "I want ice cream!!!!" My dad chuckled from what I said he ordered a ice cream from the waiter ,my parents is so happy today probobly cause its my birthday ,

Hmm how should I start I know lets start with my name .

Hi my name is Cyra bellah Lee.So today is my 6th birthday!!! So I guess were celebrating it now? Ohhhh the news are starting !!! I don't understand news though but my parent would the know news' languange is just like an old people language so kids like us dont understand it so I'll just listen like a mature person.

"Welcome back, now as we are here live where the killer killed the family named johnsons ,the policemen are looking around for clues and so as the investigators."

I was making a serious face and making my head up and down I'm such a mature person hihihi

"There are doing what they can to find the killer so its best to lock your doors and stay at home be safe ."

The news has ended "killer?"my parents looked at me with both worried faces "maybe we should go home now " my mother said with a smile "I'll go pay the bills" my father said and went to the cashier .I went to my mom and said "mommy what is a killer?"
My mother make a worried face and said "umm cyra I can't explain it ,your too young to understand,Maybe I'll tell you when your much older ,ok?" I nodded ,my dad came back and said"I'm done lets go " my mother grabbed my hand and we walk .

"darn theres no taxi"my father said

Actually we have a car but something happen so dad wanted it to be fixed so now no car.

"we'll lets just walk its only a few blocks away ?" My mother said

'You sure its safe?" My father asked.

"Yeah maybe ,lets just stick together "mommy said with a smile

"Sure" my father said and he grabbed mommy's hand and so we walk

It was a pretty long walk ,I was just thinking about the killer thing why won't mommy tell me is that a big thing but she said she will tell me when I'm older hihi I look into the woods part .There was this man he's looking for something but I coudn't see his face its so dark but I could see his body like he was looking for something hmmmm I wonder what .

While I was thinking I step on something I stopped and stared at it ,my stopped made me and my mom's hand separated and yet she didn't notice . I stared at it ,it was some kind of a thing what mommy always use when she cooks but she won't let me hold it ,I gasped ,maybe this is what he was looking for I picked it up and look around if he's still around .He was there ,still looking ,I head towards him and he notice me his attention was on me .I talked to him ,

"Is this what your looking for?"

He didn't say anything ,he just tooked it and run "wow ! That was kinda rude my mother always says that if someone helps you ,you should say thank and yet he didn't ".
I sigh .I look at my hand theres a blood maybe I touched the blood on the knife come to think of it why is there a blood ? Hmmmm?

"Cyra !, cyra! Cyraaaaa!!!!!"

I heard my mommy calling and I heard their conversations

"I can't believe you lost her!!!"my father said with a mad voice

"Just lets go find her" my mommy said with a worried voice .

I head towards them and they make a shocked face

"Cyra cyra where had you been we were so worried!!!" My mommy said

"I just went to help someone"

"O-ok but if you want to help you should have told us ok?"

I nodded and they both looked at my hands

'Blood?!" They both said in unison

"Did you hurt yourself"my mommy said while holding my hands and examining it .

"No ,no I did not get hurt I just touch something "

They sigh in relief "well lets just go home and washed that up ok?"

I nodded and they hold my hand and we started to walk hmmm who is that rude man that didn't say thank you , where did he go?

Minutes past and were already home we went to the porch and my father unlock the door we went inside

"Cyra its time for bed ok? come I'll clean you up "mom said we went to the bathroom and mom cleaned me up and the blood fanished ,wow the soap was magic !!

After I took a bath my mother helped me change in to my jamies and tucked me to sleep .

"Lallubay and good night close your eyes and sleep tight ,like a rose in its bed lay down your sweet head, go to sleep do not cry soon the morning is night go to sleep do not cry soon the morning is night"

My eyes closed and heard the last word "good night cyra" I felt her lips kissed my forehead and heard the door shut then I went to sleep.

Jeff's pov.
"Go to sleep" I said my words and stabbed her in the neck .It was so easy to kill this family but before that I killed this woman a son of her came to the neighbores and told them everything I heard the sound of the cop's car ,"shit !! I better get going" .I jumped from the window and landed perfectly
"Now who's house was next "

Minutes past and I saw a second floor house .So your the lucky house to be next .I look up and saw the window was open ,

wow thats really safe huh tssk idiots.i said to my self.

I climbed and open the window more wider and I saw a little girl she must be a first grader .I quietly took the knife from my pocket and began to walk silently but I tripped and I drop my knife and it made a loud sound "shit!!" I quietly whisper .it woke her up and she sat up while rubbing she saw me with wide eyes and looked at my knife at the ground she was about to open her mouth but I quickly stand up and jump from the window and landed safely ,"I hope she will shut her mouth " I run through the woods until I never saw the house .

Cyra's pov.
I was left silent there looking out the window "whoa" I look at the thing he left ,it was the thing that I gave to the man earlier !" "Maybe he's the man hmmm what is this thing hmmmm ,well I better investigate this thing tomorrow I've got a school to go to" I picked the thing and put it inside my drawer , I crawled into my bed and went to sleep.
