" Hello Brooklyn, Hey LA" my phone played. I sprung out of bed and somehow landed on my carpet. Ah. The carpet felt like woolly sheep and it was one of my favourite item in my room. It was seven on a Monday morning and damn don't I feel pumped. i sprinted to the kitchen, made myself a banana smoothie and ran out the door. As i arrived outside, the first thing i smelt was the salty sea. The salty sea was like coffee to me. This was the smell that instantly wakes me up and gives me energy to survive the event ahead. School. Oh how i enjoy school. As i walked across the grainy sand, the foam of the sea brushed against my bare feet. i looked to my left and see the glistening sea. Out of nowhere, a pod of dolphin skyrocketed out of the sea and put a show. The beach is always desolated in the morning and i'm always the only person who pays a visit to the beach. If anyone visited the beach in the morning, it would be weird. i continued walking forward until i see a figure.
Alex pov:
The beach is unbelievably magnificent. The warm sunrise, shining sea and beautifully textured sand creates a truly special spot. This landscape is going to be engraved in my mind because i have never seen anything like this. I'm comfortable with this place but i'm not familiar with these other areas around here. I just moved in the coast due to family business and its very annoying moving around places. I have never got a friend because of this and i dream of having one. The thought of moving around and having no friends just makes me miserable. I sat on this grainy sand and starting humming.
Sapphire pov:
What is this figure sitting the beach? Why is there a figure? I walk forward to catch a glimpse of this mysterious figure on the beach and I was startled. It was a boy. A boy who looked like the same age as me. He looked down. I wanted to ask if he was ok but i had a fear talking boys. I don't live with my mum and dad because they passed away from a horrible car accident. I was an orphan until my gran heard and instantly adopted me. I still live with her and she's the only person i have. i don't have a brother or a sister even though i really want one. Ever since i lived with my gran, i have no contact with any boys and it has impacted me giving me this fear with boys. But the guy look down and i really wanted to talk to him. As he looked up, he saw me. He looked breathtakingly alluring. His silky brown hair matched his chocolate coloured eyes. His style was all black. Black jeans, black Converse, black top and black jacket. He was just beautiful. I felt like a witch just sprinkled a magic dust over me making me to strangely fall for him. It was almost eight and school was about to start. I just turn away and ran back home to get ready for school.
Alex pov:
Who was that? That girl? She was one of the most beautiful creature on this earth i've seen. She had a innocent looking face and long curly hair. Her eyes looked like sapphires and i think i had just fallen in love with a angel from heaven. I don't believe in love in first sight but i think I'm changing that thought.
Sapphire pov:
I arrived home and see a paper bag next to my backpack with a note.
" Enjoy your lunch. btw its your favourite. Love Gran kiss kiss," the note said. I stuffed my lunch in my bag and walked to school. Every step I take, the memory of the boy on the beach keeps coming back to me. I hated it but loved it at the same time.
