*EVERYTHING IN THIS BOOK IS BASED ON THE TRUE EVENTS OF MY LIFE*
A new school year meant new everything. New classes, new teachers but especially new friends not that I ever actually had any to start off with. Let me explain my name is Sara McMahon and my best and only friend died in a car accident exactly 126 days ago. 126 days since I had seen her smile and heard her laugh. 126 days since I realised I would never see her again in class or at the cafe down the road. My mum said that change is good for people going through a tough time but I don't agree. There was barley anything left of my best friend since it happened but my old school was some part that was left inside of my heart but yet I still find myself standing outside the gates of my new school with no clue on what I had to do. As girls and boys walked passed me I looked at my surroundings and sighed, this is going to be one horrible school year.
