Hi! Good afternoon 💙. How are you? I understand that It's exhausting to feel lost and empty despite fighting those thoughts and emotions that breaks you. I want you to know that I'm incredibly proud of you for still making it this far. Remember to be thankful for every small progress that you've made. Don't rush things, okay? You have to learn to only take one step at a time because even if it takes much longer than anticipated; it is much better than being trapped in loop of inflicting pain and damages. Start to forgive yourself for the things that she deserves but you're being hesitant because the world invalidates you. You may still feel happiness despite those thoughts that drowns you. There will always be a time where people would bring you down, break you, and betray you, but be strong. I know it may sound selfless and unfair but you may always choose kindness so you don't be the person that broke you. Know that you are loved. Don't give up, okay?
