CHAPTER 11
i woke up to the sun shining down on my face I blinked a few time to adjust to the light as I blink my cheek hurt and I said ow and put my hand over the hurt cheek then I hear a voice
“you finally awake how you feeling” mike said
“how long was I asleep”
“About a day and a half”
“why the hell did you slap me”
“you pushed me”
“I pushed you in self defence”
I sat up on the bed and I felt a little dizzy then mike stood up from a chair he was sitting on next to the bed and he said
“I will be back there is a bathroom right across there go and wash up and don’t go anywhere else”
After he went out of the room and closed the door I looked around the room and notice I was in a different room the walls were dark blue and the furniture was black.
I got up of the bed and walked to the bathroom door and I opened the door and walked in and the bathroom walls were white and the walls were tiles and the floor was wood and I walk over to the sink and looked in the mirror above the sink and I saw I had a huge bruise on my face and I said to my self that his going to pay for slapping me across the face I washed my hands and my face after I washed my face I grabbed a towel and as I was drying my face I was thinking of some things I can do for payback and I was only going to do small pranks to piss him off till he says sorry.
before I left the bathroom I saw some toothpaste and I grabbed it I opened the lid and squeezed out all the toothpaste and put it all over the bench and sink I smiled to my self and then I walked back out into the bedroom and mike was sitting on the bed looking at something he must of herd me because he look straight up and what ever he was looking at he put straight in the opened draw and close the draw and
he said
“go down to the kitchen there is some breakfast on the table”
all I said was “ok” I walked out of the bedroom before I left the room I saw mike going in to the bathroom and I smiled to myself and shut the bedroom door and then I herd him scream out
“EMMA” I was at the top of the stair case and I ran down them as fast as I could i was at the last step and mike was in front of me he must of used his vampire speed I looked up at his face and I could see his face was turning red I could tell he was angry but I could not help but let out a smile and he looked at me and he said
“what do you think this is funny”
and I said “yes I do”
I saw his was about to lift his hand to hit me again but he didn’t he just said
“go in the kitchen and eat you breakfast I will deal with you later”
I walked around him and I walked in the kitchen and I sat on the bench and I looked at my plate and all that was on my plate was oats and on the side was some honey and sugar I grabbed and honey and some sugar and put it in the oats and mixed it all together as I was eating the oats I was thinking of what he said
“I will deal with you later” the more I was thinking about it I was getting a bit scared.
After I finished my breakfast I walked over to the sink and I turned on the tap and I was about to start washing my plate and spoon when I hear mike say
“you don’t have to do that”
and I said “if I don’t you are just going to punish me”
“really you don’t have to do that”
I just stood there and I started to wash the dishes and the mike started walking over and he grabbed my arm and stoped me from washing the dishes once he grabbed my arm I closed my eyes tightly and he said “why you closing your eyes”
“well I thought you were going to hit me”
He just looked at me and he said
“go into the lounge room and sit on the couch I will be in there in a minute and don’t you dare do anymore pranks”
and I said “okay” and I walked out of the kitchen and walked into the lounge room and sat on the couch and I notice there was blankets and the TV was on and but nothing was playing I was sitting on the couch for about 10 minutes before mike came in and he had popcorn and soft drink with him and he put them down on the coffee table that was in front of me and he picked up two DVD’s and said
“what do you want to watch Treasure buddies or Fatherhood” and I said “treasure buddies” and I smiled a little bit he put the DVD in and he walked over and sat on the couch and he poured some drinks of soft drink and gave me a glass and I said “thankyou” he just gave a little smile and he laid back on the couch as the movie started to play and I put my drink down on the coffee table and I got under the blankets about 30 minutes in the movie I started to get tired and the couch is a two seater so on two people can sit on it and I was starting to doze of and then I suddenly woke my self up before I landed on mike and he looked at me and he notice I was falling asleep and he grabbed a cushion and put it on his lap and put his arm around me and drag me down my head rested on the cushion and my legs were crouched up and mike fixed the blanket and I laid there I I felt the mike was playing with my hair and I started to think
why is mike being so nice all of a sudden he has always been mean since we met and then mike said I can read you thoughts you know and I said “stop reading them there my privet thoughts” and he said
“okay sorry and let out a small chuckle”
“Well since you read my thought why don’t you answer them and he said “maybe tomorrow I will answer them not now watch the movie”
Then about another 10 minutes in the movie I started to fall asleep and then soon everything went black and I was fast asleep
