MY ONE TRUE LOVE

CHAPTER 1- It's Just the Beginning

BUFFY'S POV

"Honey I'm home" while opening the front door. (Which was of Buffy's house where they lived)

I walked in and saw Spike making dinner for the both of us, he wasn't doing it that well though so I went over to help him.

"Spikey you're not cooking it right you have to put the oven at 350 degrees not 150" I explained.

"Oh sorry Buff you know I can't use this stupid thing right, but I'm lucky your home though, I need to tell you something" He said looking into my eyes with a loving look.

He got down on one knee and all I thought was "OH MY GOD ITS HAPPENING" and I was right Spike was proposing.

"Buffy Anne Summers will you married me, and make me the happiest souled vampire in the world" he said with a smile on his face.

"Yes of course yes" I yelled feeling so happy, I kissed him and hugged him all I could think about was him and that I was going to the happiest person in the world with Spike.

I watched spike while he was making dinner from the kitchen bench sitting on one of the stools, all I did was smile and look at my big shining engagement ring which had diamond specks around it.

Once dinner was served on the dining table I heard a knock at the door I told Spike that I would get it yelling from the dining room while he was just making sure everything was clean in the kitchen.

I opened the door and standing there was Willow.

"I wasn't expecting you wil, what are you doing here" I said with a concerned look on my face.

"Oh sorry Buff for showing up on such an unexpected occasion but Spike told us about the engagement and I just wanted to congratulate you" she said will a happy look on her face.

"WHAT, Spike already told all of you" I said sounding annoyed.
