"This year will be the 1st quarter quell! Witch mean this year is a special year nothing like it again with the same arena! But his year the courageous young man and women will not be reaped!! They will be chosen by their district!" Everyone in district 2 gasped "and may the odds be ever in your favor" President Snow finally finished up his speech, he has been the President to 25 years, and the worst . I started to get nervous because I'm 18 and some what strong and "they" like older and stronger people. After the message every one was chattering about the quell "bla bla bla let the major decide a bla bla". O was tall with long blol- "KAYLEYN SMILLER will be going to the 25th annul hunger games- 1st quarter quell!!"
