You open your eyes. There is really nothing to see in the darkness of the small room in which you call home. you sit up in your bed, listening to the sound of hard rain hit your window. This strikes you as odd, Summer has only just ended and it's already raining Harshly. You sit up in bed and check your phone. 3:00 AM is what the time reads. You sigh out of frustration, you havn't been able to sleep for 2 nights in a row. Brushing your [H/C] hair out of your eyes you close your phone and get out of bed. Your pajama's are crumpled and arrayed over your skinny frame you walk down stairs and turn on the TV.
Soon afterwords you fall asleep, the rain comforts you. However for someone else this is not the case. Dave Strider sits in his room alone in the dark. The rain pounding hard against his window, he has been awake all night and is bored as hell. He picks up his phone and checks for messages sure enough there is one from John.
RECEIVED FROM JOHN: Hey Dave!
You let out a sigh and knowing there is nothing better to do, you text John back.
SENT FROM DAVE: Hey Egbert
You slam your phone shut and toss it on your bed. Seconds later it goes off with one of your sick beats you've created. You quickly answer it, knowing it's hell if you wake up Bro.
RECEIVED FROM JOHN: Have you talked to [Y/N] lately?
You tense from hearing that name, the name of the girl you were beginning to like. The girl who thought you were a complete and total jerk. You frowned and texted John back trying to keep your cool.
SENT FROM DAVE: No, why would I? she probably is busy.
RECEIVED FROM JOHN: Well don't you like her? she's up now you know, you can talk to her if you want.
Your heart skips a beat, she's up? [Y/N] is up? your heart flutters and you suddenly have the urge to text her, even if she won't replie.
SENT FROM DAVE: Hey, I heard you were awake wanna talk?
(Back on your side)
You suddenly jolt awake as your phone vibrates in your hand. You open it and see that it is a text from Dave.
RECEIVED FROM DAVE: Hey, I heard you were awake wanna talk?
You smile to yourself.How thoughtful You think.
SENT FROM [Y/N]: Hey Strider :)

RECEIVED FROM DAVE: HaHa Hi [Y/N] why ya up so late?
SENT FROM [Y/N]: Well I havn't been able to sleep for 2 days strait. The storm woke me up.
RECEIVED FROM DAVE: I'm sorry? but don't lose your cool over it. Thats not cool.
SENT FROM [Y/N]: Well you would know about cool wouldn't you :)
RECEIVED FROM DAVE: HaHa well yeah i'm the master of cool.
SENT FROM [Y/N]: Well Mr. Cool, i'm tired so i'm going to bed, night.
RECEIVED FROM DAVE: Uh night.

You feel sad after she goes to sleep, but yet happy. She said "Night" to you. If only you could get her to like you. Everything would be fine. You decide to go to bed as well.

You wake up with a horrible cramp in your neck. Jumping into the shower and doing your [H/C] hair quickly. You rush to your closet and pick out an outfit. You lay your eyes on your favorite pair of shorts and your [F/C] T-shirt. For shoes you go with your converse. Of coarse not forgetting to put on your makeup, Your finally ready. Your going to meet up with Gamzee at the park. For some reason he wanted to go there today.
