Elena and I were at Starbucks.
I filled Elena in and she wasn't surprised at all.
"I knew this was going to happen. It was so obvious" She sassed.
I looked down at my frap.
The door creaked open and I continued to look at my frap. I looked up to see Elena's eyes glued to the entrance.
I turned around wondering what she was staring at.

'Oh my god' I whispered to myself.
He stared at me with with 'disgust'
I looked at him while he rolled his eyes. I looked back and Elena gave me the go talk to him look. I nodded and headed towards him. His face was still covered with bruises and cuts.
"Hi." I said blankly.
He skimmed through the menu and didn't reply.
"I know your mad at me but think about how I feel?" I protested.
Ethan looked right into my eyes. All I could see was sadness.
"Natalie, listen. I don't really want to talk. I'm not ready" he finally said.
"Just five minutes" I begged.
He nodded his head and we went to sit at a table for two.
"Okay. Listen. I fell in love with your brother and I guess you like his ex girlfriend......I don't want it to be awkward between us."
He sighed and replied.
"Okay. I agree."
"You do?" I asked.
"Yeah. And I'm sorry, about-"
"It's okay. Don't worry about it. I'm sorry"
We both got up and hugged each other.
He's muscular body pressed against mine. We said our goodbyes and he left.
I rushed over to Elena and I told her everything he said.
"Thank you so much Elena"
"For what?" Elena questioned.
"For everything." I replied with a warm smile.
*At school, the next day*
I walked in with Grayson to my right. He grasped my hand as we walked in. Everyone looked at us with confusion. Some girls even gave me a dirty look. He gave me a quick peck on my lips and we headed to our lockers. Girls crowded together as they whispered. I looked around and tried to ignore them.
