{Kimi's POV}

"ahahaha why am I in love with this dorks ? "

I whispered to myself as I watched seven dorks on my iphone. Who are these seven dorks? Well, they're the famous 방탄소년단 or BTS for short. Their MVs are always on point , sexy and tough but don't judge a book by its cover ! hehe
I spent my night/morning ( it was 2am man- SLEEP IS FOR THE WEAK) laughing silently at their weird behaviours.
* rattling of keys*

what's that?

I sat up trying to listen again to confirm that it wasn't all in my head.There it is again!It came from outside my house.Woah I might be part bat judging my hearing! Okay back to serious mode,I thought everyone was asleep? Last time I checked , there was only the four of us in this family.

I opened my door slightly for a peek. I saw two big shadows and they were trying to break in!I panicked , what should I do now ? I locked my door and called my mum.

mum pick up pick up pick up please!

"why are u calling me when i'm next door"

"mum , someone's trying to brake into our house right now! what do we do! "

I could sense she too was panicking.

"Kimmy , I want you to lock your door climb out the window and to your balcony and hide!"

"Alright mum, be safe."

I hanged up . I make my way to the balcony with the support of the furnitures around me as somehow my legs were as good as jelly. I climbed over the ledge of my window and onto the balcony. I forgot to mention that I LIVE ON THE 6TH FLOOR. Lucky for me , i'm not afraid of heights. Anyways, I was still panicking (who wouldnt)
It was so difficult dial in three consecutive numbers (999) for the police. My hands were sweaty ,numb and shaking continuously.

By then , the burglars had succeeded breaking in.

"This is the police , whats your situation miss"

"I ha-ha-ve a a a an emergenc-c-c-y "
I stuttered .

As soon as i heard said that , a gun shot was heard. My hands instinctively covered my mouth preventing from screaming.Fortunately, the police officer heard it too.

"Miss I need you to calm down ,we have your location .Please hide , we will be there shortly."

"o-o-kkay."

They have guns wtf ! I hope everyone is save ,PLEASE !

I sat there as i rock my body back and forth , nervously having scary thoughts in my mind. I cried silently as i pray for my family's safety.Soon after I heard another gunshot followed by another. My heart missed a beat as I started believing my scary thoughts. It got even scarier when the burglars were already moving on to my door.

"why wont this open!"
"Its probably meant to be locked ,lets move on"

I thought i was done for! It wasn't over yet..
I heard their voices and somehow it was getting closer! They were in the kitchen! ( on the other side of the balcony was the laundry room which is connected to the kitchen)

"i'm starving"
"yeah me too. Let's grab some food and go."

No they cant fucking leave yet and they better not!

Of all time , my legs chose to move by itself and hit the railings.why leg why...

"hey dude you hear that?"
" I think someone's there"

I was already hiding behind a huge plant in my balcony. I tucked myself in and froze praying that they wont see me.The burglars tip-toed in to the laundry room with their flashlights. I peeped through the leaves from the plant as my heartbeat went in a marathon . All I could think of was

please don't turn around please don't turn

Suddenly , one of the burglars turned and face the balcony and there I knew I was going to die. I stared at his hatchet face.He had a long scar across his face even a pirate lost to him.I wanted to look away but I couldn't . I was fucking frozen and not in a disney way. It got even worse when our eyes met as he scanned the balcony with his eyes from the laundry room.

"There she is in the balcony!"
"Go get her !"

im dead.

I passed out before they even got to me.

what's going on?..

I saw a shadow figure as i slowly opened my eyes.It was the doctor.

"what am i doing here ? where am i?"

"hi there kimi , im the doctor and you've been in coma for three months now."

"where's my family ? I wanna see them "

"..I-I'll leave that to the police dear"

wtf is going on

I saw two police officers talking to the doctor outside.It looked like the doctor was telling them to take it easy.

take what easy hmm..

"hi kimi , how are you feeling"

" I want to see my family"

"See sweetie that's what we're here to talk about. "

"Your family didn't survive the tragedy sweetie"

"What are you talking about! Stop lying!"

"Im sorry dear .I know its not the right time but i really need to know what happened on that day"

I didn't say a word, I couldn't. All I had in me were regrets.

I should have died . I could've saved them.

Those words kept replaying in me. What's more frustrating is that I couldn't remember anything..

"I-I-I C-C-CANT REMEMBER!!"

I screamed , bawling my eyes out.The police officers tried to calm me down but it didn't work .Soon enough, the nurses had to come in and gave a shot to calm me down.

"It should have been me.."

My last words before , I passed out from the shot.
