Chapter 4- Bro's Help

Sapphire's POV

"Mystery? Please wake up? Please." I heard the voice begging.

I opened my eyes, wincing at the blinding roof lights, to see a worried Colton. I swear this is deja vu.

He smiled at me and pulled me into a hug.

I froze.

Colton must have noticed because he then pulled away with hurt in his eyes.

"I'm really sorry. I won't touch you again." and then he left.

I was sitting alone in the hospital bed, staring at the door that he just walked through.

I felt....sad....that he was gone. Why was I sad? Why did I even care? It's not like me to have this feeling. I need to forget him, besides, it's not like he even cares about me.

Colton's POV

I had to leave. I didn't want to, but I couldn't take it. I barely even know the girl. Heck, I don't even know her name! But yet, I want to be with her? How can I already have these feelings?

I sped off from the hospital and went home.

I reached home in less than 20 and got out of the car. Our house was big, but not huge big. If that makes sense?

I walked into the house and called out, "Mom? Dad? Josh?"

Josh, my brother, called out from somewhere upstairs, "Mom and dad went over to grandma's."

I yelled up, "Okay! Hey Josh? Can I talk to you?"

I heard a door open and Josh came downstairs.

"Yeah?" he asked, putting his hands in his pockets.

"It's about a girl..."

"Go on?"

"I think I might have feelings for her."

"Then tell her?"

"I can't. I just met her and plus I don't even know her name." I mumbled the last part.

"Then get to know her stupid! Don't just let her go."

I thought for a second and then came to a conclusion. I need to talk to her. I turned and headed for the door. I yelled a thanks to Josh and got in my car. I need to talk to her. I need to.
