Grandma's Boys

Nothing in this world,

could ever replace,

a grandmama's cooking,

or the look on her face -

When all of her children,

healthy and so strong,

deliver this poem,

right into her palms.

No more pacifiers,

or playing with toys,

but we will forever,

be grandmama's boys.

Through high school, through college,

through basic training,

through sunshine, through storm clouds,

through heavy raining.

Through thick and through thin,

she needn't ever fear

we'll hold her in our hearts,

our Grandma, so dear.
