The final bell rings and I cram all my books into my locker. I slowly walk to the front doors, nervous of what could happen. I told Corbin not to wait up on me. I make it to my car and there's Logan resting up against the side. He smiles when he sees me walking towards him.
  "Hey, I thought you were about to not show up." he says with a smirk.
  "Well I can't really do that when your by my car. It's my way home." I respond with a sarcastic laugh. He chuckles and shakes his head. I unlock the door and throw my stuff into the back, grabbing my notes.
   "I hope you can understand my writing. I get sloppy when I rush." I say handing them to him.
  "They can't be that bad. I could always text you and ask you for help." He replies, handing over his phone with the contacts already opened. I blush and type my number in.
  "I might even just text you to meet up for coffee or something." He smirks. I bite my lip.
  "Tomorrow, around eight?" I ask confidently. He raises his eyebrows at me then smiles.
"Why not? I'll meet you there then." He says. I smile back. Awkward silence absorbs us as we stand there. I look down at my shoes not knowing what to say.
"Well I better get home. I have to watch my baby brother tonight since my mom works late. I'll see you tomorrow?" I ask.
"Yeah, I can't wait" he responds, slowly backing up. I smile and open my door. I get in and watch him walk away. I rest my head back and let out the air I was holding in. I text Corbin to come over while I watch Levi. He can handle him better then me.

I walk in the front door and Levi runs up to me with his arms up. I pick him up and he giggles.
"I've missed you sissy! You've been gone forever." He says wrapping his arms around my neck. I chuckle and plant a kiss on his cheek. He squeals and tries to jump out of my arms. I put him down and walk into the kitchen to find my mom.
"Mom?" I ask looking around.
"In here sweetie!" She yells from down the hall. I follow her voice to find her in the bathroom getting ready. I lean against the wall, I love watching my mom get ready. I look just like her. Blond, wavy hair, green eyes, and tan skin.
Gosh my mom is beautiful. I hope to look like her when I'm her age.
She looks at me and smiles. I smile back and help her with her hair.
"I should be home no later then midnight. Is Corbin coming over to help?" She asks. I nod my head. I hear the front door open and Levi yelling which means Corbin is here.
"Speaking of the devil." My mom says laughing. I follow her down the hallway and see Corbin holding Levi in the air as he laughs. I smile at the sight.
Corbin will be a great dad to his kids. Any girl would be lucky to have him.
I sit down on the couch watching the scene in front of me.
"I'll see you guys later. Corbin you're welcome to sleep on the couch if you get too tired to drive home." My mom says kissing Levi on the forehead.
"Thank you, Claire. I might be taken you up on that offer after watching these two." He says giving me a wink. My mom laughs and waves goodbye. I get up, walking into the kitchen looking for a snack. Corbin walks in and starts rummaging around in the fridge.
   "Want to fix spaghetti for dinner?" I ask, gathering the ingredients. He perks his head out with a thinking look.
   "Sure, I'll help. I will go put Levi down for his nap." He says. I smile as he walks out. I start boiling a pot of water. I grab a bag of chips for an appetizer.
   Corbin returns 10 minutes later. I've already got the noodles boiling and the meat cooked. He booty bumps me and takes my spot. I laugh and splash some water on his neck. I grab the hand towel for a shield as he turns around with an evil grin. He runs some water grabbing some soap to make bubbles in his hands.
  "No no no Corbin stop! I'm sorry!!" I squeal trying to cover my face. He laughs and wraps his arm around and gets the soap all in my hair. I back away and try to run but he grabs me by the waist and pulls me back. I bite his arm to make him let go but he doesn't budge.
"Hey let go! This isn't fair. You got me back!" I holler. He puts his hand over my mouth and shushes me. I lick his hand and he jerks back.
  "Yuck! You sicko. You don't know where my hand has been." He says sticking his tongue out. I turn around, laughing. He looks me in the eyes and I can't seem to look away. His hand rests on my hips. He slowly leans in and I hold my breath.
Maybe I do want this.
I lean in. We are centimeters away when all of a sudden Levi starts crying. We jerk away from each other.
Clearing my throat, "I uhm better go get Levi. He is probably hungry." I look down and scurry out of the kitchen.

I'm laying on the couch holding Levi as we watch Lilo & Stitch. I have to say this is probably my favorite Disney movie. I look down and notice Levi is asleep so I slowly move and carry him to his room. I return to the living room, seeing Corbin cuddled up on the couch with a pillow asleep. I smile and reach for the tv remote, turning it off.
  "Hey A, will you stay with me?" Corbin asks sleepily patting the spot beside him. I hesitate for a second but slowly sit down beside him. He pulls me down so I'm laying down beside him. He lets out a sigh and nuzzles in to my neck. I gasp, realizing what is going on. I try to get up but he secures his arm around me to where I can't get up. I give up and lay there. Sleep finally takes over as I close my eyes drifting off.
