A little poetry:
Poetry was excessive
Wonder my place in this sacred collective
Maybe I was too destined or maybe too obsessive
We call ourselves children of god acting like savages
Disrespecting a fellow man, nobody's adamant
I can't lie, I've done my own personal dirt
But a brother's still trying to find my personal worth
Like damn, what's for me and what isn't
It's a pity too many vids with titties and butts in it
Misogynist world views, a message no reverend sent it
Smell the essence of the heaven in me, you could say it was heaven scented
My poetry is excessive
I think too much but why not think at all? That's the question
I leave you with
The things that I'm lethal with
Is this pen
Here's to memories and the future so once again
Damn, my poetry was excessive
The God's painted my soul, is talent dominant or recessive?
No commodities, no apologies, no acceptance
The world is a ghetto, I find myself engulfed in it's problems
Young black male, a walking target I see the problems I try to solve 'em
How much a dollar cost nigga?
How much is them Jordans you bought nigga?
Buying the same chains made for slaves, I get it, you're lost nigga!
Poetry going overboard
I'm done now, let the media be your overlord..
